The relationship with Cincinnati Commercial Contracting and Phoenix Metals began almost 3 years ago. Their willingness to move from one concept to another was outstanding and their entire team was always on board with whatever changes we brought their way. John, Justin, and the entire CCC Team has been a great pleasure to work with. What started out as a simple remodel and expansion turned into a completely new design/build project...ten different designs to be exact! I cannot say enough about the group at CCC, as well as their contractors. Everyone has been extremely helpful throughout the process and their level of expertise and professionalism is top notch!

Cincinnati Commercial Contracting recently completed renovations to an existing 11,902 square foot warehouse and office space. In addition, a new Butler MR-24 metal over metal re-roof system was installed with 2’ insulation.

We selected Cincinnati Commercial Contracting for this project because of their commitment to schedule and promise to obtain Certification of Occupancy prior to the end of the year. I cannot say enough about my experience in working with CCC. Everyone at Cincinnati Commercial Contracting was incredible to work with. CCC stayed focused on our business and schedule throughout the entire construction process. Our job superintendent, Ben, was one of the most professional we have ever worked with. Justin was also amazing and stayed on top of every detail!

The project was complete prior to the end of the year as promised with little to no change orders throughout. I am impressed with the quality of workmanship inside of our space; no detail was missed.

Our company, Jamison Construction Solutions, recently completed the asphalt paving for the Atrium project at Jake Sweeny in Tri County with CCC. Robert, job super, was spot on with scheduling and and very easy to work with. Justin, project manager, was very professional, always thought about the customers needs first and we worked together quickly and efficiently to overcome obstacles that came up on the project. I have worked with several GC's in my 25 plus years in this business and would highly recommend CCC for any project that an owner may want to construct from ground up or rehab/expansion of an existing facility.

I can't say enough good about CCC... From the very beginning all the way through the day they handed us the keys to our new building everything was seamless. They set a time line for every step of the project and not only stuck to it, they finished ahead of schedule!! I am blown away every time I walk through our new school building. The attention to detail is incredible and the continued support after construction has been the same. I would recommend CCC to anyone looking to build. CCC completed a building expansion project for Second Covenant Apostolic Church in Vandalia, Ohio recently. The 12,000 SF building project was completed to provide new space for our gymnasium and fellowship hall.
