Dealt with CCC on a major remodel some years back. From the top down great participation from everyone from design to completion. On sight supervision was top notch and all issues were addressed promptly and resolved. When we did this project we found 3 contractors and got competitive bids and did the entire package comparison thing and chose CCC based on the value they promised to deliver, and deliver they did! On time, slightly under budget and nothing but quality work! If I am ever tasked again with a similar remodel of a commercial facility CCC would be my first choice.
