We had a double sump pump failure during an intense rainstorm on a Friday night which led to my basement flooding. Blue Chip got somebody to my house and my sump pump replaced within two hours of me calling them Saturday morning, and then came back the next weekday to finish the job. Tyler was great- super reassuring, patient and helpful with all my questions and really put my mind at ease. Rest assured, I will never use another plumber!

We are required by the city to have our backflows inspected every year and Blue Chip is great to work with. It was easy to schedule, they sent a text when they were on their way, and they were very efficient with the inspection. They even handle the paperwork.

I chose Blue Chip Plumbing to do a backflow test of my irrigation system. Josh was very friendly while being professional and efficient about his work. I was very happy with his service.

Came within the hour. Found the dishwasher pressure caused a sudden failure of the o-ring in the lifetime Delta faucet. Replaced the faucet quickly and professionally. Checked all connections to confirm it no longer leaked.

Very good company with great employees that I enjoy working with. Kathy and Kelly at the office responded very quickly and had Sam the technician on-site that day. Once Sam discovered the problem he was able to explain the situation with a great solution. Sam was able to get the correct jetting tool for the job that day and returned to make a permanent repair.

Pete with Blue Chip plumbing did a great job installing hot water tank. On time, easy to work with, professional work. Cleaned up and explained what he did as well as what should be done for maintenance. I would trust them with any future work.

Expensive!! It took two visits to repair the issue
and they charged for the work both times, saying they don’t guarantee clog work. It was the most expensive unclogging that we ever had done in this house (28 year homeowner). However, the issue is now fixed.
