They are very responsive and I appreciate the photo and short bio of my technician, who was very kind and well qualified. My daughter has also had great experiences with Blue Chip. Had a toilet replaced. It was the first time using Blue Chip Plumbing. From the phone call to ask about pricing and scheduling to the finished work it was a very good experience. Pricing is very transparent and when I called was given a quote right away with no hesitation. The scheduling was easy and the plumber arrived on time. He was very courteous and worked efficiently. Left the work area as clean as before starting and removed all old material.

We had a leak from our toilet & knew it would need to be replaced. Blue Chip was very good about getting out to us & Cameron was very polite, nice & explained what needed to be done, just as we suspected. He was able to get the toilet replaced promptly & made sure everything was in working order as well as leaving behind absolutely no mess. We have used Blue Chip multiple times & will continue to call on them for our plumbing needs & recommend them if anyone asks for a plumber. Thank you for a job well done!!

I was initially going to use a different plumbing service, but they actually recommended Blue Chip because I needed someone to come out that very day. True to their word, Blue Chip arrived and efficiently took care of my clog. The technician provided helpful advice on how to prevent future clogs, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional services. A nice touch was receiving a notification with my technician Peter's name and photo before he arrived. Peter was both professional and personable. While I can't recall the name of his assistant, it was clear Peter treated him with respect, which I always find to be a good indicator of character. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from Blue Chip. Additionally, the woman who returned my call was exceptionally friendly and personable.

The service I received was great. Keegan was thorough and communicative. Also, I asked him to change something last minute and he obliged, no problem. This is my first time receiving plumbing service so I can’t definitively comment on pricing but it seemed steep. I’ll reserve any critique of that until I educate myself more. Regardless, I’ll be using Blue Chip again as my tech was professional and proficient and they were the first company of four phone calls available for service the next day. Very much recommend their service.

New to the area and chose Blue Chip Plumbing because of their positive reviews. All true! Very pleased. Our technician Peter was great. Installed a new water heater for us and solved our water pressure issue on the third floor. Good communication, efficient, tidy, and overall nice guy. Especially appreciated the breakdown of projects and their cost and the fact that each was a flat fee regardless of time, so we could be mindful of our budget.

My basement flooded and i had a running toilet. I decided to give Blue Chip Plumbing a call due to all of the positive feedback I read online. Peter came to my house and thoroughly checked everything out, explained things to me clearly and provided me with some options/suggestions on getting the situation taken care of. We’ve been using Blue Chip Plumbing for our annual backflow test required by the county. This service was to identify a hammering noise in our water supply line to our irrigation system. Our tech, Cameron, was great at identifying the problem, and offering three solutions, each with its pros and cons. We were very happy with the service which entailed replacing the backflow preventer device.

Professional, fast, and knowledgeable service! They were able to fix our leaky pipe in a timely manner with a reasonable price. Definitely will be using Blue Chip again in the future.

Had Blue Chip quote and replace two commercial BFPs at Lunken Airport and submit annual test results to GCWW. Entire team was very professional, efficient, and fantastic to work with.
