Everyone at The Drain Smith is exceptional - from the office workers to the guys in the field. We had some sewer work done on a house we were selling and they worked quickly and efficiently to make sure the work was done right before closing and to the buyer's satisfaction. 5 Stars!

Couldn’t be happier with the team and work!

We originally had a different company come out to quote for work to dislodge a clog in our main sewer line. The other company quoted over 7k for the work needed. I contacted the drain smith and explained the situation, sent videos of the sewer line and asked their opinion. They were honest, upfront and explained things clearly. The price they gave was more than reasonable and they said they would be able to do the same work without excavating a large hole in our laundry room- which the other company said was needed.

The team arrived on the date requested, on time. The two plumbers that we met are exactly the type of people you want representing your company. They got to work, had it completed within a few hours and left things clean and tidy.

I had a presentation to do while they were on site (i worked from home that day) and the team made sure to offer to take a short break while i was doing that so it was quiet if needed. small things like that are very much appreciated and goes a long way.

They did not charge for work that wasn’t required or upsell a service. They all came across honest and very knowledgable - great way to run a company :)

I’ve had work done by this company multiple times now, and every single time they’ve come through exactly when I needed it. Most recently, with all the bad weather we’ve been having, my drains started backing up and my sump pump failed. It was pouring rain on a Friday, and Bob showed up at 6PM to make sure my house was taken care of. That kind of dedication and response time is hard to find. The communication is clear, the work gets done fast and done right, and even on short notice, there are no issues. Always professional, easy to talk to, and willing to answer any questions I had. It’s not often you find someone this dependable and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Bob, for the work you do.

The Drain Smith is an honest and professional company. I called them out to diagnose and clear a clogged downspout drain. After discussing options, we decided not to proceed with water jetting, and I chose to dig it up myself instead. Because the call was quick, they even reduced the price from the original quote. I really appreciate their fairness and integrity, and I would highly recommend them.

Incredible service and an honest approach to how they conduct business. We had our sewer line scoped and descaled to proactively look for issues in our older home. They conducted both the scope and the descaling safely, communicated clearly and did not try to unnecessarily upsell us along the way. The home improvement industry is riddled with companies you can't trust unfortunately, you can 100% trust The Drain Smith.

John from Nieman Plumbing came to my home to replace my failed water heater today. I had a gas water heater with a powered ventilator. John did a terrific job. He was courteous and respectful of my time and home. He is a knowledgeable professional. This was my first experience with Nieman Plumbing and I will be using them again. Technician was very friendly and professional! He updated me through the entire process of the installation and was very thorough on explaining all possible outcomes (including possible problems). He did everything to ensure our toilet was installed properly and at a much lower price than other companies. Fantastic experience
