Since it wasn't an emergency, it took a few days to get on the schedule, but John was great, on-time and professional. He corrected an issue and we learned of a location of a pressure valve we assumed was enclosed in the jetted tub cabinetry. It was a minimal visit cost and he was very helpful and when I asked about another issue, he showed me how to research it myself first, explaining that the cartridge might not be the issue. It was nice to have an honest assessment and someone not trying to just add to the bill. Very happy with both the man sent and the company.

The folks at Nieman Plumbing helped me correct a plumbing issue on short notice that was time sensitive involving the delivery of a new washer. I emailed them last night and they had a technician at my house this morning. You can’t get any better than that and they did a fantastic job! Hands down the best plumbers in town.
We had complex issues with our old cast iron plumbing that 4 other plumbers could not diagnose or fix, despite a $20K attempted repair by one of them. Brennan, with Niemann Plumbers, had the true source of the problem assessed at the first visit. The repair was efficient, cost-effective and they left no mess at all behind. If you have a plumbing problem, don’t waste your time and $$ elsewhere.

We were very impressed with the Neiman Plumbing employees.They were very courteous, knowledgeable, honest, worked quickly and efficiently. I really can't say enough good about them. Our entire experience was great: from making the appointments through the completion. Great communication from the company throughout the process.

The guys arrived on time and did a great job getting all of the roots out of my sewer line, cleared the pipes of all roots with new machinery so I don't have to worry about it for 3 or more years, will just have them out again to check and make sure with their camera...honest and very helpful with all my questions. Will be calling them soon to help with my faucet in the tub in my basement.

I had an issue with the sump pump. While they scheduled me for an appointment in two days they were able to send a service tech that day due to a cancellation. Chris was awesome. He assessed the issues, communicated the solution and worked fast and efficiently to resolve everything to my satisfaction. He even added a back flow devise because one was not installed previously. He showed me what to do to test the backup battery and dated the manufacturers product brochure so I would know when it was installed.

Paul was great, he fixed our leaky toilet in a very timely manner and explained what he saw. I also showed him a valve on water heater that we were told we would eventually need plumber to fix. He said the timing will work for him to do that also. We have used Nieman plumbing for a few different issues and they are always great!

I have experience with several plumbers over the years. Nieman had relined my line to my septic about 5 years back and I had a slow drain. I called to schedule an appointment they were flexible to meet a need and squeezed me in early. The guy who came called to let me know his arrival time, was very professional, made me feel like he cared about helping me out, which isn't always the case these days. He was able to solve my issue in an hour. He explained everything he was going to do, along the way. I was very pleased with the service done and would recommend Nieman to others.

Had a sewer pipe that needed jetting in our new house. Other company quoted 2k to fix and couldn't find a sewer clean out, so they were going to pull up the toilet to do the work. I called Nieman to get a second opinion. They came out within a day of my call. Their tech Brennan was very helpful and ended up being able to find a clean out and easily cleared the issue in the pipes. I was charged for the labor, but it came in significantly cheaper than the other quote that we had. Would definitely have them out again!

Nieman plumbing was wonderful to work with. They were very friendly and took the time to figure out what the problem was with my Jacuzzi. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
