These guys were awesome! They didn’t waste any time getting to me and they sure didn’t waste any time fixing my pipes! Very kind and reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them again (hopefully not soon)!

After a main back up The Drain Smith came out and diagnosed the problem. They had all machine and tools on the truck to complete job. My sewer was unclogged within 45 minutes and everything was back to normal. They even camera everything afterwards and gave me suggestions on how to avoid future problems. Highly Recommend!!!

I can’t say enough about these guys. They arrived when they said they would and quickly got to work. They fixed the toilet issue in no time. They were friendly and professional and a bit OCD about making sure the repairs were done right the first time…which I really appreciate, and they were about half the price of some other plumbers. Noah, Dillon and the rest of the Drain Smith team were fantastic. They were able to clear out concrete from my main toilet lines where the builders had over-poured over 10 YEARS AGO. The freed the blockages and came back again to help run a camera to ensure the lines had been cleared.

I initially had a positive experience with them, but unfortunately, my recent interactions have been extremely disappointing. After calling them a month ago for a quote, I’ve faced nothing but excuses and unprofessionalism. Despite being rushed during the initial assessment by Bob and following up multiple times—including having my boyfriend call on my behalf—I still haven't received the quote. They consistently promise to send it but fail to follow through. They also do not answer calls or return messages in a professional manner. While I understand they might be busy, it’s unacceptable to keep delaying and making excuses. If you’re not interested in taking on the job, simply say so.

Used the The drain smith yesterday after having a clog issue in my house for a few weeks. Both guys were professional, on time & respectful to me and my home. They kept everything so clean and neat although my bathroom was a disaster before they arrived. It’s been 24hrs and everything is still working great. Dillion let me know if there are any issues give them a call and he would come back out. Grateful that I got my bathroom back and all my plumbing is in working order. They gave future recommendations on how to care for the pipes in my home and I will definitely be reaching out again in the spring to get the work done. Highly recommended this small business. Reasonably priced and GREAT quality work.

You can stop looking and researching right here. The Drain Smith team is truly spectacular. Yes... top quality work, of course. But also completely professional, trustworthy and fairly priced. (We used them to line a sewer pipe as opposed to having to tear up our patio to replace the pipe for a lot more $$)

These guys are awesome did a great job. Very polite and professional. We even had a few good laughs talking. My drain liner looks great. My drain was pretty banged and now it looks like I have a new pipe all the way from my stack in the basement to the street.

These folks were fantastic. I checked the prices for my job and they were a good 40% below the next best quote. They are very careful about not making a mess……even though the job they do is very messy! One time one of them did track some dirt in and I complained…..and I could tell the poor guy had been reprimanded to the point I felt sorry for him….and I felt like I should apologize to him. Really a good bunch of guys. I’m glad I found them!!!!

Just wanted to send a shout out to this company, and the owner Bob. We had a messed up sewage line and needed the line scoped to see where the damage was . Bob personally came and evaluated the situation then sent a staff member the same day to scope the pipe and was able to located the damaged area . The company was polite so helpful and willing to do what they could do to help us. I would recommend this company as they are very good to work with and dependable.
