Everything interacting with this company was pleasant from call-in to checkout. Taylor (I think) took my call, the plumbers (Michael and Ian) showed up and got the job done. Michael even took the time to explain the bill and run me through a few preventative maintenance tips.

The thing that impresses me is that even the responding plumbers had good customer service skills. I can't say that for every vendor I have dealt with in the city. Thanks guys, I'll be keeping your number.

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Nieman Plumbing. Paul has superb knowledge and skill and has solved and resolved multiple nagging issues in our home that other plumbers failed at. Nieman is our “go to”.

We cannot say enough good things about Nieman Plumbing. Brennan and Ian arrived this morning to address problems with the cast iron drains below the basement slab of our 60 year old ranch. Previously, with their state-of-the- art cameras Nieman diagnosed the problem. Some of the drains were over 50 percent block with scale that had built up over the years. Whenever we would do a big load of laundry, water would back up in our basement floor drain flooding the basement.
Using a very gentle rotating device followed by a camera, Brennan cleared the drains of scale that had built up over decades of use. The camera revealed that the drains are now flowing freely. And, there was no damage to the drains.
Brennan left us with an accurate map of the drainage system below the slab. Before, the location of trunk lines and branches was a mystery.
Drains that work are essential to civilized life. One never appreciates free flowing drains until you have suffered without them for years.

OK folks, Nieman is the one to call. Rex and Michael are two of the hardest workers I have seen. They came this morning and worked all day and septic is up and running. Thank you for their time and dedication!!!

i have them do plumbing for my wife’s shop “wing snob” and they are very hard to work with. also work was done so bad that i had to call them 4 times to correct it. do not recommend using them.

They are the best! They saved me a massive plumbing issue. The septic pump service was excellent they brought me a loaner pump right before the holiday weekend and kept us flowing until they could replace the broken pump. The Nieman Plumber and his apprentice were great. They fixed the leak and toilet in a timely fashion.

Had Nieman plumbed my come out to install an emergency bacukup sump pump and replace the standard sump pump cover with a special radon deterrent cover. The plumber that came was very courteous and professional and since I was working in the room next to the sump pump closet checked in with me multiple times at what he was planning to do since it turned out to be more complicated then even I anticipated (and why I hired them instead of doing it myself). Overall great service and work performed!

Nieman’s were able to solve a problem I had for over two years.
I had had several other companies out beforehand that only offered a incredibly expensive solutions. One of the workmen ( kind of under his breath ) recommended Niemans to me.
In July of 2025, Nieman‘s was the only company willing to get up on my single-story roof to facilitate the work I needed done.

Chris and his team did a magnificent job and solved a two-year problem in 20 minutes.
I was so happy I think I cried!

We called to clear out our main line which recently had a small backup. Chris is who we dealt with. He explained the situation well and took extra steps that a previous plumber did not. I appreciated the info and felt good about what was done. I did feel it was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I called on a Friday morning complaining of a backed up kitchen sink. The dispatcher was friendly and polite, putting me briefly on hold while she determined if a plumber had time in his schedule to visit the same day. She announced that Michael would stop by that same afternoon after he finished a job. Michael called ahead to let me know when he was en route. He quickly diagnosed the situation and inspired me with confidence that he could remedy the problem. He kept my anxiety low by describing everything he was doing and permitting me to observe the camera scope. He remained pleasant the entire time and even took the bucket of gunky water outside for disposal. I was impressed with Michael's skill and feeling very grateful to have my problem solved in advance of a weekend of bad weather. The cost was very reasonable, adding to my good mood. I was very pleased with the results and the excellent customer service.

John and Gary from Niemann Plumbing did a great job repairing my valve leak in the basement and under the sink. Very happy with their quality of

Great overall experience. We were fighting a floor drain back up for weeks. Trying to fix our self until I decided to try Nieman plumbing for the first time. Called in the AM the crew showed up 2 hours later and had it cleared in an hour. High tech equipment and a professional team.

I’ve used Gardner for everything from replacing toilets to a full new cleanout build and everything in between. Every experience has been world class.
