We had a burst pipe from a winter cold spell and Feichtner’s took our call late, and came out early the next morning. Repair was targeted, professional, and complete. Super job.

I called the office about water seeping in through main water supply. And the man I talked to on the phone told how to tell if it was seeping ground water. Long story short instead of coming out on a service call he told how to diagnose the problem myself. That’s honest business. We have a basement remodel coming up and we will be using Feichtner Brothers.

When I had a backed up sewer line and rotorooter couldn't clear it but still charged me. These guys came out and did the job very well. Also fixed my basement sink clog too!

Called to get a price quote on a leaking bathroom sink and cold water valve under the sink replaced. Told me it would be more expensive after 1630 and on weekends. I asked about the price and was instantly quoted $900 to come and look at it. I didn't even want to get into the price of actually fixing it after that. Said that replacing the valve was a 4 hour job. Which it's not a 4 hour task. How they stay in business I dont know. Price gauging because of the Virus stuff, maybe. But lord.

I had Freichtner plumbing come out and replace a p-trap for an apartment and they were very good. They did a great job, cleaned up when they were done and the price was reasonable. I will use them again. I've tried three other plumbing companies and they either don't do a good job and cleanup or they do but the prices are unreasonable. I highly recommend Freichtner and will continue to use them.
