I have used Holthaus plumbing a number of times . Each time they are responsive and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is Constance Gorman, who worked with Holthaus Plumbing. My water heater broke down and Holthaus Plumbing was out to my house in a couple of hours with a highly rated water heater installed. I'm highly satisfied with their professionalism.

It took the plumber 5 hours to install a dishwasher - they tried to charge me for 6 hours. They finally settled for $400.00! The national average is between $150 - $300. If I had bought the dishwasher online - if I had bought it in a local store they would have intalled it for $129.

Very responsive in getting back to your needs and problems right away. Extremely knowledgeable about their industry and they don’t try to take advantage of you. I would highly recommend Holthaus plumbing to everyone. Top notch all around.

I have a little hole in the wall diner in lockland.
Had hired a plumber from 24 hr. Affordable Plumbing. $2700.00 1 year later still struggling to get permit. I prayed for direction for another company. Holthouse accepted me and my headache. Kind, honest professional staff. Willing to correct us and get us passed.

Jason has done a good job, but I am waiting for him to complete the job. He was in our house today for the second time. First time he did a great job with our leaking shower line. The second time, after a few months, he worked on several matters, including a clogging problem. We are still waiting for him to complete the installation of the pop ups on our faucets. Everyone keeps saying responsive and on time.. the female receptionist told us early morning... I called back at 9:30 and asked if they would still be making it out. She gave no time was pretty short just said “Yeah”

If we had more info about why early morning didn’t happier when in the world they plan to show that would be one thing,, but seems they don’t plan to show up and if they do it’s gonna be late and half as much accomplished as if they had started when we were told they should arrive. Really glad we didn’t have a job scheduled for today. At this time if they don’t show in the next hour we are just calling another company.

If we ran our business this way no one would praise our reliability or hire us. The receptionist alone could have made it a lot less of a frustrating experience by being a bit more personable and informative

I had Holthaus out because my toilet was loose and needed reset. They did the job, I went on vacation, came back and the toilet clogs up with tissue paper and urine only, plunging it daily. I called and requested someone to look at it and was told that it had to be something stuck in the toilet, they would charge if it was deemed a cause other than the workmanship. To the point they insisted a child put a toy in it... I have no children and none visit, which didn't deter the claim. I have to have another plumber out now and I'm highly unsatisfied with this service. I would not recommend them. As a Realtor I have clients requesting referrals regularly... They will know of my experience.

Had Holthaus come clear roots from my main drain. Quick, fair and professional service. Rich had me flowing again in just over an hour. I have called them several times over the years and have always been pleased.

So, tried another plumber to get some needed work done on my 72 year old plumbing. After an OUTRAGEOUS quote, I called Holthaus. Jason arrived on time assessed where the problem areas were and fixed everything to a high standard. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service and won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Great Job !!!!!!!!!!

I have had a great experience with this company. Dan and his crew are the best. Great prices, arrive on time, fast workers and clean up. Very professional and so glad I have found a great plumber.

Price estimate was half of what the replacement ended up costing. Plumber showed up on schedule and completed a somewhat tricky job without too much fuss*. Price inflated slightly because I had him replace an extra valve. Unfortunately a few days after the visit I had to go back and fix a leaky valve that did not leak before the visit.

Overall they did the work and charged a price and my pipes are fixed so ultimately its fine. Not great, not bad, just average. The plumber and the office employee were both pleasant to deal with. I'd give them another shot if I need something.

*City plumber had to show up to turn off water in my yard, and dug up some plants to get to it. Only to find out later that the visit was completely unnecessary because of a miscommunication.

Dan and Andrew came and did our water heater replacement. Went above amd beyond. By installing new flooring, and dealing with our 3 dogs. They were very professional. Great father and son n law team. That had old out , new floor in, new water heater in , and everything cleaned up in 1 1/5 hrs. We highly recommend this 5 star company. Chad and janette Rothgeb , Warsaw in.

Left my home a complete mess mud all over the place. We asked them to lay down plastic but they still didn't put any down and left mud all over. Used our only working bathroom to dump their mud water forcing us to clean up their mess just to use our shower. They have left an unfinished job sitting here for over a week and are now attempting to avoid removing the pile of mud from our basement saying we should hire our own labors to do this. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to complete what they started with any urgency.

TLDR: I had a problem, and instead of a solution, I got a bill for no services rendered.

I had a leaking sink. The person comes out, on Monday, and it turns out that the job was bigger than I knew. They had budgeted 1 1/2 hours, but they couldn't stay for the 2-3 hours the job would require, as they had another stop. Okey Dokey. There was also mold up under the sink as a result of the leak. I talked to Peggy (I think), and they could possibly get back to me on Friday or next Monday. Great, that gave me time to get the mold cleaned out. NEVER A CALL BACK.

I DID get a bill for $125 for the guy who stopped out and didn't have the time to do the job. I called Hermann, and I recommend that you do as well.

Wish we could've had Zins come first! Ron is the nicest guy. Knowledgeable of the city. Had our problem fixed in minutes, while our "warranty" company's plumber spent almost 3 hours, and left us with a bigger problem than when started. He insisted he cleaned the mess, and treated us with respect. Will always recommend Zins!!

Zins Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely professional, courteous and timely. Their estimate of the work to be done was accurate with no hidden surprises and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will certainly call Zins Plumbing for any future needs.

John did an excellent job repairing our shower and toilet. He was also professional, friendly and personable. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Zins Plumbing.

We have worked with Zin’s plumbing many times over the years, but after our recent experience we will no longer use them.
We scheduled an appointment over a week ago and were only given the day of the week they would arrive. This necessitated taking an entire day off from work to be available for them to arrive.
They texted the day before and confirmed they were coming.
They texted the morning of the appointment that they would be at the house after 12.
Then, at 12:05 they texted and said “sorry, we can’t come today.”
Totally unprofessional, and Zin’s will no longer receive our business.

Had some issues with our commercial building. Zins has been out a couple times, and have been amazing to work with. Definitely get the job done, and working with the city to get issues resolved with the street main line.
