Love Zins. I've used them for the last 15 years. I will continue to have them be my "go to" for anything plumbing. They always have done good work for me, their prices are better than most, and they stand behind the quality of their work.

I'm a little late in writing this review. Ron Zin came to our house just before the Christmas Eve blizzard and diagnosed a broken sewer line that was causing severe sewage odor in the house. Even with several other pressing calls for broken pipes, etc., he was able to spend an hour diagnosing the problem so that a repair could be planned once the temperature rose. We had a little back & forth on getting the follow-up scheduled, and the 1st day the ground thawed they sent a crew of 4 to get it corrected in half a day. The basement has been great ever since and the price was as agreed. The crew was extremely professional & courteous, cleaned up better than almost all other contractors who've been to our house, and were more than willing to answer all of my questions during the whole process. I really appreciate the great work and responsiveness during tough time.

I’m not originally from Cincy and have only lived here a couple of years. I’ve had Zins come out twice. They were professional and got the job done right at a fair price.

Kevin and others came and solved a problem with our gas fireplace that others and tried and failed multiple times. He worked tirelessly to troubleshoot a crazy problem, brought Duke energy out, brought out owner of Zins, all to ensure that we weren't left with an unresolved issue. We are grateful for their diligence and would definitely call Zins again.

We had a hot water leak in the bathroom and Zins came out within a couple of hours to take care of it. Kevin assisted and was great. Customer service also great at Zins. Highly recommend

We had a few fixtures replaced in our condo, and **we** had a difficult tub spout problem that kept dripping. The plumber wouldn't give up until he fixed the problem. He said he liked fixing difficult problems. **He was** extremely professional, and the pricing was great compared to other work I've had done by other companies. I would recommend him and will use him again if any more plumbing problems arise.

Came out and added a drain cleanout to my sewer line (very competitve on price). In the process uncovered a cracked pipe. Was able to get both sections fixed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. Answered all questions, had a very friendly crew, and left the area clean.Will be my plumber from now on.

After getting an outrageous quote for a new gas line from another local plumbing company, I called Zin’s. Holly was extremely pleasant to talk to when scheduling the estimate and subsequent service. Zins’s pricing was much more reasonable and Kevin, the plumber was very friendly and courteous. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

over $900 for 3hrs labor and 2 new valves? we purchased a new toilet and faucet, hired Zin's to install. he estimated 3hrs to install and that's exactly how long it took and then he acted irritated while we wrote the check! The work was fine but.. would make it 3.5 stars for the crappy attitude

I had a main sewer line back up. My normal plumber was not able to get it unclogged. He recommended having the sewer line jetted and to use Zins plumbing.

I called them at 4:30PM and they were out the next day at 11:00AM. The team they sent out was great! They had a “heart of a teacher” and answered all the questions I had. They did not try to upsell me and ultimately helped resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them!

Zin’s was fantastic!! We got several quotes, they were significantly better and made sense. They got here early, had the yard dug up, pipe replaced and were waiting for inspection by 11am? Then concrete was poured and they were done by 3. I am so incredibly happy with their work. I had no idea we had this leak, and it is incredible how much better the water pressure is now. Thank you so much!!! You guys are amazing!!

These dudes rock! Very professional and knowledgeable plumbers, I would hire them for any plumbing job I have in the future. Replaced my drain stack and water lines like a breeze. Very reasonable price as well.

I always call Zins whenever we need a plumber. We had a bad smell in basement and they came out multiple times, also replaced the sump pump. Another company had quoted twice what Zins did it for. The owner even came himself, without charge, and helped us. Smell finally went away with their help! They're the best!

Great as always!! Two days before Thanksgiving and the kitchen sink clogs!! They came out today and cleared it. Will did a great job — left the sink area cleaner than he found it!! Thank you!!

Jim originally came out for the estimate of a water softening/filtration system - he spent time going over considerations I hadn't taken into account, and I was really happy with his candid perspective on what we needed. He also did the installation of the system, and I was really happy with the quality of his work. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was pleasant to work with as well.

We have been using Zins Plumbing for many years - very professional and they always do an amazing job keeping our home running smoothly! Ever need them for an emergency, they are very responsive and available quickly.

I live in a condo complex with a shared drain that the people upstairs obviously don't know that they are not supposed to put everything in their kitchen sink down their garbage disposal. They had the main line clogged so bad that it was backing up into my unit and two units below me. Zins plumbing came out and were there for 2 hours trying to clean up the mess that these people caused. They were very very efficient and very respectful of my property two of the nicest guys you probably ever want to meet. They got the clogs and mainline cleared even kept going back to clean the line again in all three of our Units to make sure that it would not be an issue. Highly recommend this company if you have any type of drain problems.

The only word which accurately describes the service I received from this company is "Remarkable."

I previously owed rental properties and used plumbers many time for interior plumbing and sump pump issues. Yesterday, the waterline, at my residence, ruptured and the repair required excavating the front yard for which the contractors, I had previously used, were not equipped.

We called several companies who were equipped for the type of repairs I needed and all of them, except Zins, advised they couldn't perform the work for at least a week. Jim Wazins with Zins, on the other hand, arrived at my home within 2 hours of my call and provided a very reasonable estimate.

Today, Rob Ebbing and his Zins crew arrived at 8:00AM, excavated my front yard and completed the repairs, which were extensive, by Noon. They even reseeded the yard with grass seed and covered it with straw. And, as an added bonus, Rob had the most wonderful sense of humor.
