Luke and Jeff did a fabulous job. They diagnosed and repaired the steam shower in a quick and thorough visit. Luke also gave advice on another issue. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Would definitely recommend. We used their emergency plumbing service and they said they could send someone out the same day. We had plans that night, but they came the next morning and rocked! Charlie explained everything to us and was incredibly transparent. I am a young female and felt very comfortable having him in my home and he was respectful and kind the whole time. We will work with them again in the future with any plumbing we need done.

Excellent service!! Luke and his team were awesome!! The repairs were done quickly and, they explained what it was they were doing as they went along so you have as much of an understanding as possible and didn't mind answering the many questions I had. Geoff and his helper did a great job clearing our drain and explaining how future issues may occur. He said not to worry about future occurrences until they happen. Great price for great service. They are our go to plumber.

Service rep and assistant were pleasant and polite. Confirmed another plumber's assessment. I need a new kitchen faucet. Thought price of $900+ was excessive. However if I purchased faucet myself installation will be $250, which I thought was reasonable.

They did an amazing job! I had plumbing issues due to having a home over 150 yrs and a previous home owner that did not do proper maintenance. Anyway, they were very easy to work with and Christian G. came out for initial inspection and job. Very professional and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other technician’s name. Either way, amazing job, very happy. I did get several quotes before going with Halpin. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but I want a professional I could work with, and they exhibited that. Combined with the great quality of service provided today, I would love to continue this professional relationship! They installed my washer, did excellent work today and I’m confident I will continue to use them. Thank you!

I had an emergency on a Thursday night. Halpin was quick to respond, even going so far as to send a text message because their call didn’t go through. They came out after 10 pm. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will hire them for any plumbing jobs moving forward.

Halpin's technician came by to provide us with an estimate for some work in our master bath. We received a text notification the night before as a reminder of the appointment, the morning of the appointment we received a text with the name of the technician and a photo for identification, and he arrived as promised. Soon after he wrapped up, we received a reasonable estimate to approve that explained the work needed, and I was able to approve it within minutes to get scheduled.

I always use Halpin for a reason! They do great work and are so wonderful to have around. This is my third or fourth time having Christian as my technician and he is a delight to work with!

Halpin was great to work with, scheduling was easy, the technicians were knowledgeable and patient. We had plenty of things go wrong during this bathroom renovation (no fault of Halpins). Halpin was always understanding and patient while we worked through the process.

My landlady got a new shower head for my apartment, and these folks installed it in no time. She had it delivered from Home Depot, and when the team from Halpin showed up (I believe it was Geoff and Eli), they immediately saw it was a return with missing parts and scratch marks, and let me know that while it could maaaaybe be installed as-is, it would not be the right thing to do in the long run. They let me know all the issues with the product and while it was inconvenient, it was the right call, so I appreciate the honesty and clarity there. My landlady was able to go get a replacement from Home Depot (this time it was actually new) and Halpin rescheduled for a week later. Their tech Christian came over and got it installed quickly, and the shower head is working great. Thanks!

Charlie and Caleb showed up when scheduled. Both were pleasant and professional. When unable to solder a cap (something I had tried a dozen times thinking I needed a professional) their knowledge and expertise found the solution and I again have water and was very happy with my experience.

Geoff and the rest of the Halpin Plumbing team did a great job addressing my issue. Their explanations were thorough and the work got done in a timely manner without them trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. I will definitely be using them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Rob was punctual, thorough, friendly, and a very clear communicator. I appreciate having a really clear explanation at each step, and he did that really well. I was able to follow along with the diagnosis of the issue and see for myself the reasoning underlying each stage of the process, as well as having a clear upfront conversation about the cost and time I could expect the job to take. As a result, I felt confident about what I was paying for, and I learned more about how my plumbing works, which I value greatly.

Geoff and his coworkers did a great job with outside drainage work in our yard. He gave us a quote immediately after accessing our repair needs and explained possible costs involved. We agreed to go ahead, and luckily the cost was on the lower end of the possibilities.This is the 2nd time we have used Halpin Plumbing. I highly recommend!
