One of their trucks decides to show up at 8:45am at Einstein's Bagels to service them, but by doing so block the drive thru lane during their busiest hours. Terrible company

What a disaster-area....can I give NO stars? Better yet, how about negative?
Septic conversion to MSD...NOW I have a large CRATER where the the tank used to be and the ground has collapsed. The clear out valves stick WAY out of the ground, and I can't mow over where the pipes were installed because they are mud mounds and my tractor has gotten stuck and stranded on them multiple times....the rocks don't help, either....oh, but the absolute BEST part is the leftover dirt they left in the front of my yard. Apparantly they had too much dirt, and they just let the remainder sit in the front of my property, a long, high, unmowable mound...it is way to high to get the mower up on, but worse than that, it is filled with large jagged rocks that would break my mower blades if I got anywhere near them....a complete and total disaster. The company cares not one wit about any of this...I wouldn't hire them if they were the last company on earth, and only got stuck with them this time because they were given grant money to do the job, and I had no say in the matter, even though I could see what was coming.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE~~~

We have had our sump pump drained 3-4 times at our hair salon in butler Ky. And each time they come, they are super quick and efficient.

0 STARS!!!! There is no way this place is open 24 hours when we have been waiting for someone to come back since the 22nd! After we were billed almost $600 for labor for a job that only cost $100 for materials...and might I add our pipes ARE STILL BACKED UP!! We have called EVERYDAY, and when someone does decide to answer the phone we are told that they are dealing with other emergencies. SINCE WHEN IS 1 WEEK OF 4 PEOPLE WITH 2 TOILETS ONLY BEING ABLE TO FLUSH ONCE A DAY NOT AN EMERGENCY!! WE CAN'T WASH CLOTHES, HAVE TO TAKE BIRD BATHS, HAVE TO GO TO GAS STATIONS TO DO OUR BUSINESS!! THIS IS UNSANITARY LIVING!!!!!! I have been home sick for 2 days!! My 84 year old grandmother doesn't leave the house much. My son is home from school for Christmas break. My mother who is the Dean of students at a local school is home for Christmas break as well!!! UNACCEPTABLE & NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!! Do Not use this overpriced, undependable, non-responsive, unempathetic place called a business!!

This place obviously has idiots that work for them and don't care for life or safety. I had the pleasure of getting ran off the road by a moron that works for this company, that was trying to go around me in a turning lane tailgating me and deliberately trying to run me off the road. Now the cops will get to take care of him and I have his license plate and will find him myself. I won't rest until he is in trouble and knows that you cannot act like an idiot for no reason and get away with it. WRONG PERSON TODAY BUDDY!!!

Mike Hensley plumbing sent a supposed plumber to my house who came into my house and spoke to me disrespectfully and was very rude, and not even able to even break a smile as he kept disputing what I was telling him about the problem with my toilet.

Either Mike Hensley isn't training his employees the proper ways to effectively deal with clients in a respectful manner, or Mike Hensley no longer has the time or willing to put forth the effort to train his employees how to deal with customers appropriately.

The so-called plumber that Mike sent to my house cut the retainer bolts on my toilet and let the water flood all over my bathroom and into my bedroom, and as I was a contractor for many years myself, I know this guy should have taken most of the water out of the toilet before removing it, none of which this guy did.

After this guy removed my toilet, he took the old toilet wax ring off and I found the old dirty wax ring all over my bathroom floor, on my sink, and all over my tub. This so-called plumber replaced the toilet after supposedly unclogging the toilet, and just left my house with three inches of water in my bathroom going into my living room.

To beat all odds, this guy didn't even take the time to shorten the closet retaining bolts to but back the caps that go on this pink toilet which covers the bolts, and put his garbage into my new waste bucket along with the old dirty wax ring without even asking me if that was OK with me.

After this guy left, it took me two hours to clean up his mess, and clean my garbage pail and all the areas where his grimy hands left the old wax ring marks on all the things he touched in my bathroom. Would you want to pay a plumber to come to your house and leave it in such disaray?

And when I called Mike Hensely Plumbing to report this incident, the secretary put me on hold and left me on hold. They have two numbers, so I called the other number and got the same secretary, who also put me on hold.

I called back again, and the secretary must have recognized my number, and my phone call went straight to Mike Hensley's voice mail. I left a detailed message the best I could on Mike's voice mail, as it cut me off shortly from leaving any further message.

I left that message on Mike's voice mail yesterday morning, Monday, and here it is Tuesday at 10:00 am and I still have yet to receive a phone call back about the incident that took place regarding my toilet.

When I ran my home improvement business for over forty years, I always got back with a client in less than twenty-four hours. If you are like me, this kind of business makes one feel uncomfortable about doing business with a company where if there is a problem with the service there is no one that you can contact to get the problem or issue solved.

As a former business owner and one who knows firsthand how an employee should treat and deal with a customer and how an employee should clean up their mess after performing a task in a customer's home, I would not recommend Mike Hensely Plumbing to no one who wants a job well done.

We had Mike Hensley repair our septic tank. It ended up being $1000 less than they quoted because they did not need to excavate. They cleaned up and the job was completed fast. I highly recommend them

I have used this plumber twice in the past and would recommend with confidence to friends, family and colleagues.

I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter. After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out. He was amazing. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible. I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke.

A++ Use them. You will not regret it.

After two years of jumping through hoops to get our septic system replaced (thanks to the county), Mike Hensley Plumbing gave us the most reasonable estimate to have our system replaced, and then came & completed the work in two days. They graded our yard so that it looks even better than it did before, and their employees worked hard all day, and were always polite. I am so glad we found them; they removed a lot of the stress from my life!

Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

Was told they would be here from 11-3, with a phone call 15 minutes before for a heads up. Non of that happened. Knock on door at 9:45. When you work night shift, that's a problem. On top of that, quoted $100 less on the phone plus charged an extra $20 for an "extra hose" that I have never been charged for before. I have used this company 3 times before and never charged for an extra hose. They lost a repeat customer today.

Scammers…. Run away from this plumbing company. They are the worst in Cincinnati. I had a technician coming over my Airbnb for a water leak. The tenant showed him where the leak was coming and added a clogging bathtub. Technician did the job and took off without calling the tenant to see the job done. Just for me to find out from my tenant that the water stopped running from the sink after 45 mns of job completion. I called the technician to let him know that the water is not running through the sink. He was rude as a hell. Made a call to the company, from the customer service rep to the owner, rude. I was told that if they come back, it will be another charge for the same job that they refused to have the tenant see. Stay away from this people because they can ruin your day without empathy. Horrible customer service.

PLEASE! Be careful driving on the road because this company definitely will NOT! Seriously! Driver merging into traffic switching through lanes as fast as possible and not checking for anyone! Incredibly dangerous. I called into the office and the receptionist didn't seem to care whatsoever. I assume this is a normal occurrence. Reading past reviews AS FAR BACK AS 7 YEARS AGO they obviously have a problem with driving. Read the reviews yourself. If they weren't so reckless I wouldn't be here leaving a review right now. Here's the vehicle to watch out for.

Front office not willing to give receipt in timely manner. Very low costumer service when problem arise with work they have done.

If I could give them no stars I would. The toilet is not stable and they cut my vinyl flooring 6 inches.

Even though they were backed up for weeks, they came out next day to address an emergency situation. Always a good experience with Reilly!

I would give them zero stars if I could. It pains me that I even need to give them one. DO NOT do business with this company, if you value your life. A little bit of backstory. I recently moved into a home, with natural gas. We had a meter in the back with a pipe that ran along the back and connected into our gas stove, and a hookup in the secondary room for a gas heater, if needed. That second room was the spare bedroom and became my sons when we moved in. Shortly after we moved in, we started smelling gas, faintly. Unsure what to do, as I’m a first time homeowner, we called our insurance who advised us to call Reilly plumbing to have them come test for emissions. We did just that. They came out, tested, declared there were no issues, charged us $100.00 and went on their way. That night, the gas smell persisted. Panicked, I called our local energy company to come out. They tested, the same way Reilly would’ve, and determined there was a gas leak. Leaking both outside on the meter and also, in my child’s room. They turned off our gas, and handled it. The next business day, I called Reilly’s and spoke with the owner. I was very nice about this, but explained his plumbers error could’ve been fatal to my family, especially my child. If I would’ve gone on good faith believing what his employee said, and not following my gut instinct, that leak could’ve gotten worse. Gas leaks kill people. I told him I felt the least he could do was perhaps reimburse our money, but, if he couldn’t do that to at least follow up on the situation with both the employee and me, and give me an explanation. He assured he he’d do this and return my call. 48 hours go by. I spend the next two days, trying to call him. But conveniently, he’s never there. 24 more hours pass. I send him an email. 48 more hours later, an entire business week by this point and I haven’t heard a single PEEP out of this man. Not even an I’m sorry. His employees error could’ve been potentially fatal to my family and he can’t even man up enough up resolve this problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT let your insurance recommend them to you. Politely ask for another plumber and save yourself a lot of time and head ache.

The plumber had no customer service skills what so ever. Not a big deal, hes here to fix plumbing not conversation. I get it.

We were told they needed further approval from insurance and their front office would contact us.

Thankfully he got the water to stop running in the shower so we were able to use water to the rest of the house. Great!

HEARD NOTHING FOR AN ENTIRE 24 HOURS.
Meanwhile. Water starts coming through the kitchen ceiling!

Contact the front office. I have NEVER been talked to SO poorly. So poorly in fact I cannot even bring myself to type out the language and names she used when I asked why our situation has not been resolved.

Needless to say we called our insurance to find a new plumber. Meanwhile we still have no water and get to start this process all over!

Thanks for absolutely nothing but a wet ceiling!

We have been fortunate to only have 2 plumbing issues in our house, thus far. Both times, Reilly Plumbing came out to fix the issues. The first one, another company came out and instead of fixing the issue, recommended that I did a procedure that would have cost upwards of $6K and my home warranty would not cover it.

That is what led me to Reilly, after getting a referral from my home warranty service. They came out, worked with our home warranty service for payment, fixed the drain clog, did not try to sell me a costly and unnecessary service and we have not had a problem since.

The second time, I called them was because our garbage disposal quit working after a long life of nearly 20 years. They came out and installed the new one, checked the surrounding fixtures and pipes for leaks and also cleaned up. In my experience Reilly is: Professional, Economical, Honest, Knowledgeable, Swift, and Clean. If we have a plumbing need in the future, we will call them again
