Called for a quick gas piping repair on our kitchen range during the holidays. While they were booked, they happily put me on their "fit you in if we can" list. The following morning I received a call and they arrived within 15 minutes and the work was done in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic service.

We had a great experience. I called today with a big leak in a bathroom and they were able to get us in same day. Our technician was wonderful. Very professional, explained everything well and was clean. Highly recommend.

Luke and Joe did an excellent job. Very professional! Highly recommend Luke and Joe with Halpin Plumbing. They could have cleaned up more then they did but probably my fault for not checking better. Overpriced for 3 hours of installation time. Comes out to $300 + an hour. Way to much $.

Larry is the best! He’s prompt. He’s kind. He does what he says he’s going to do. He honors my time. And he does excellent work! 10/10 would recommend.

Larry and Mason are the BEST! Unfortunately, we developed another plumbing issues and we had to call them again. They found our additional problem, and fixed it! The cost was reasonable, but the repair and customer service were amazing. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service, deep expertise and very professional plumbing services are provided by the Halpin Company! Alecia and Jordan were terrific at answering questions, keeping us updated, and getting us scheduled in a timely fashion. Geoff and his work team did a great job of replacing our home's water supply line after it unexpectedly failed in the midst of poor weather conditions. The temperatures were cold, yet all were friendly, easy to talk with at various stages of the job, and demonstrated a high level of competence from start to finish. We highly recommend this family-owned, Cincinnati business!

Service was done a couple weeks ago. Very professional and I appreciate the respect given. I believe this is the second time I’ve worked with Chris G. He helped install my washer and this time helped with a pipe leak in my bathroom. Honest and very courteous! It’s great to be able work with a company like Halpin! Will continue to work with them.

I can’t thank Christian and team at Halpin enough for saving the day. I’ve used Halpin for about 4 years and they have consistently done great work. My water heater died in the middle of deep freeze and they were the only team to respond to my query for a replacement. Once they diagnosed the issue, I was expecting to wait another weekend for a replacement, but they did it same day. Thank you again, you will always have a loyal customer in me.

Masen arrived on time and immediately began diagnosing the issue. He was a patient listener and provided reassurance about his plan of action. He was extremely thorough in making sure problem was resolved. He is an incredible asset to his company, which he was very proud of. He is also very personable and genuine. I hope we don't need a plumber again soon, but if we do we will definitely choose Halpin because of the excellent service provided by Masen.

Halpin recently completed a complex, three-day job at our residence. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the service. We want to specifically commend Geoff and Rob. They were timely, courteous, and highly respectful of our home. At the outset, Geoff clearly outlined the work that was to be performed, setting realistic expectations and ensuring we understood the scope of the job. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. We were consistently kept informed of their progress, which minimized any uncertainty on our part. A notable highlight of their service was the diligence with which they managed the work area. They took pains to be neat, meticulously protecting surrounding areas and cleaning up at the end of each workday. Their efforts significantly minimized any mess for us to clean up.

Having used Halpin for minor jobs over the years, this latest extensive project has truly solidified our view of their superior service. We can confidently say we will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs. We can’t recommend Halpin highly enough!

Have used the company services a few times and always have very friendly and professional technicians. Luke Walter’s was our technician this time. He was very nice and helpful. Once we explained the issue he gave us possible solutions depending on the severity of our issue. He was thorough and then explained ways to help keep us from having similar issues in the future. I appreciated the information and recommendations.

Christian and Mason did an excellent job fixing my hot water heater. They were on time to the appointment, professional, explained the issues well, and they had the necessary spare part in their van and were able to fix the issue within 30 min. Most importantly, Halpin Plumbing is honest with their quotes. Specifically, they charged $200 for a job that Apollo Home wanted $1,700 for (predatory pricing). I will always be recommending Halpin to friends & neighbors. Thank you!

Luke and Joe came back less than a week after installing a water heater that was now leaking. They quickly figured out that the water pressure was way too high, and were able to quickly replace the pressure regulator to fix the problem, very affordably. They were able to come on two hours notice, since they got a cancellation that day.

Halpin is our go-to for any plumbing needs. Very competitive pricing, great work, and an awesome personnel team. Christian did an exceptional job with his partner today. They were both very professional. Christian knew exactly what to do, he did it with perfection, and he pulled me in on every decision which needed to he made. This is always important so there aren't any surprises at the end! The vanity with new plumbing looks great! He had to make a hole in the drywall to remove the old faucet which came straight out of the wall, but we can fix that with no problem.
