Waited 30 days and after multiple follow-ups with no response to be finally told that they were too busy to even look at the installation of a mound system. Then I got a very childish note that they were too busy with a big THANKS at the end. Not a serious company.

Called and had someone here within an hour. Unlike some larger service contractors that tend to inflate the severity of problems or go through a lot of unnecessary diagnostics to tack on fees , Jody was honest, to the point and got the problem fixed in no time. Can't ask for much more than that.
