Ed just finished replacing the faucet handles in my bathtub/shower, which was complicated because the faucet is three handled and it’s difficult to find replacements. He went above and beyond to find the part, get a really pretty replacement for us, and got the job done in one day.

He helped save our vintage tile and he was delightful to work with. Zins is always so wonderful to our family and we are customers as long as we live in Cincy. Thank you Ed!

Zins did a fantastic job, had a pretty complex clog somewhere down my sewer line, they came out were able to get to the bottom of the issue, when I had further problems they came back and solved those too. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did, great family owned company, would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber, especially if you’re used to dealing with corporate owned plumbing companies. Worked with Ed, Cameron and Daniel, they were all great

When brings my money back never finish the job

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.

Quality work and dedicated to superior customer service. They stand by their work and always "make good" on anything that doesn't perform as promised. Have used for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Overpriced, absolutely shabby work, would not stand by the initially quoted price by his staff. Charged $300 to just replace 1 outside faucet, labor only - since I had bought the part. Faucet started leaking and would not shut off. Called them back and he said there would be another $300 roughly to come out and fix it.

Will never use them again. Really disappointing and highly dissatisfied!

I highly recommend Holtmeier Plumbing. I recently had an emergency plumbing issue and contacted Roto-Rooter. They were unable to properly diagnose the problem and gave me an outrageous amount estimate of what it would cost to “maybe” fix the problem. I asked some friends from whom I should get a second estimate and they recommended Holtmeier Plumbing. I contacted them and Andy was sent to my house. He fixed the entire issue quickly, and for significantly less than I was quoted from RotoRooter. I cannot say enough about Holtmeier Plumbing’s professionalism and efficiency.

Andy and his team were responsive and replaced a failing water heater within 48 hours. Paul, my serviceman, was prompt, clean, and let me know exactly what he was doing and when his work would be completed. One of the best contractors that has ever worked in my home.

We have used Holtmeier plumbing for years at our office. They have always provided us with great work.
Most recent, we had an issue that required quick attention- a leaky pipe in our wall that was causing major water damage. I called yesterday afternoon and by this morning Andy was here working on it. He fixed the original issue but MOST importantly, discovered a different leaking pipe. This was a separate issue that I had not been made aware of and he was not even here to fix. Had he not noticed this and left it unattended, we would have rebuilt our wall likely causing a nasty issue again later on. I am confident that had we called a different plumber to take care of this, the other leaking pipe would not have been seen.
