I recently had my hot water tank replaced with a tankless unit using Feichtner Plumbing. Dan was super responsive and answered all my questions and Greg / Connor were able to complete the job with no issues. I am especially happy with the attention to detail on the install (Greg did an excellent job!) and how everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. I'll be using Feichtner again for any major plumbing repairs or installs.

I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see me especially because of how cold it's been. I know I wasn't the only person with a burst pipe. Colin went above and beyond explaining everything. I really thought he was a wizard at his craft. What I was most impressed by was his character. He wasn't there to upsell me on things I didn't need. Instead he saved me money by reworking my older toilet. These kind of great character people with high level troubleshooting skills and knowledge are just so hard to find in trades. I'm already scheduling for more work to be done. Thanks guys!

Had an unfortunate situation with our basement drain backing up on the week of the 4th. Couldn't get anyone to come look at it, including the company we have a priority agreement with. They said they could come in a WEEK. After a call to Feichtner, Connor was here within an hour and fixed the issue quickly. He also cleared our sink drain that had been acting up. They will be our first call from now on.

If you need a plumber for ANY reason, there's seriously no need to look any further than Feichtner Plumbing! We called them late in the afternoon for a leak we discovered, and they were here bright and early the next morning. Collin arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable, and -- he has a great sense of humor!

I had a sump pump failure during a torrential downpour. They responded promptly and had a new one installed in no time. They made a crappy day much better.

We discovered a leaky hot water heater in our two family that has renters. We needed it replaced quickly. Feichtner Plumbing came the day we called and installed the water within two hours. We appreciated the skill and no bs approach to the work. The quote provided is what we paid. No upsell, no requirement to come price the job for a fee and then come back. This was a straight forward replacement, done for a very reasonable price. We’re very happy with the work. We will use Feichtner Plumbing in the future.

Horrible customer service. Instead of focusing on what my issue was, all she kept talking about was how much it would cost even after I told her that money is not an issue. I needed service as soon as possible and she was very nonchalant and had an irritable attitude. Thanks but no thanks
