I’m the community manager of a 240 apartment community and have been working with Hays and Sons for several years at multiple communities in Ohio and Kentucky. I fully trust them whenever I’ve had a fire, water, moisture or mildew issue. With quality people like Jordan, Joe, Shane, Lucas, and Jason I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Taylor made replacing the flooring a seamless stress free process. He clearly explained the process and the warranties. It was a pleasure to work with him and his crew.

After a leaking water line caused damage to our home, Hays + Sons arrived quickly and stopped any further damage. They then began the process of cleaning up and fixing all the damage that had been caused. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Each day they worked hard to get our home back to normal, and always made sure to clean up at the days end. Once work was completed, we sat down in person and went through every item they fixed. When all was said and done, we had 3 brand new bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. I will always call Hays + Sons for any work needed on our home.

Our garage was hit by a neighbor's car and demolished the garage and both garage doors. Hays and sons was awarded the contract. They were an amazing group to work with particularly Dan (carpenter) and Taylor Jamison (Project Manager). They both had great attention to the detail of the work and the finished product exceeded my expectations!

Hayes and Sons recently completed a restoration project at my home following a plumbing backup that damaged floor, walls and a cabinet. The job was excellent and carried out in a timely fashion and one convenient to my complicated travel schedule. Particular strengths included a highly competent, knowledgeable and professional project manager, Todd who was in constant communication with me regarding the activities and timing of subcontractors and ensuring the work was up to par and completed as soon as possible. His oversight was superb and his knowledge of the trade contributed to the quality of the finished product. The real merit of a construction group lies not in getting a job done perfectly but bringing to the table the knowledge and skill to recognize the inevitable errors and sideroads that are bound to be traveled on any project and apply skillful solutions to make that job perfect at the end of the day. Such was my experience with Hays and Sons.

We’ve worked with Hays & Sons on multiple projects at Textile Apartments, and they’ve been nothing short of outstanding every time. Megan, who I usually coordinate with, is exceptional — quick-thinking, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Randy is extremely thorough, great with his communication and will go out of his way to get the job done at the best price possible. Everyone I’ve interacted with from Hays & Sons has been top-notch and as professional as they come. Highly recommend this team!

I have used Olde Fort Restoration for personal and business projects. (Water insurance claims, office and home remodeling) They have been very professional and responsive. Work has been completed by scheduled dates and have exceeded expectations.

Olde Fort Restoration was fantastic when it came to helping us with water in our basement. Our basement was a finished basement and our kid area so this was a huge task but they guys came in and did it all and made the process seamless and less stressful. We can't THANK YOU enough!!

I had a pipe freeze and burst and when the insurance company put a different restoration company on my claim they called and said they couldn't be out till the next day and ended up not calling me back for two days. Luckily, I called Olde Fort Restoration and they were able to come out that morning to start the mitigation process right away to start cleaning up and drying everything out before further damage was done. They saved me a lot of trouble and were great to work with and I appreciate everything they did for me while every other company was too busy for me. Thank you!

I will update this at the end of the project if there is anything else to say. I am currently in the middle of a roof and bedroom ceiling restoration. Matt has been nothing short of amazing during this time. I was away on work business when I was told there was water coming in my bedroom ceiling. Matt was out there same day to investigate and scheduled the tarp.

I called Thursday morning, Matt was out there Thursday afternoon, and my roof was tarp by Saturday once it was good to get on top of my house. Matt and his crew were ready to come in that next week, but I held off because of Thanksgiving.

Fast-forward to December 3rd. The crew showed up on time and were incredibly friendly. Matt make sure to be here when insurance arrived to do their inspection. Right now, we are just waiting on the shingle sample and they’ll be ready to get to it.

Honestly, you can’t put a price on peace of mind and not what they gave me from the beginning. Not to mention, they did a fantastic job of packing out my room and cleaning up after.

I know the picture that I have posted is not appealing but I attached it to show that they were delicate and intentional with the tear out.
