We had Accurate put in Mitsubishi mini splits 6 years ago after looking at many options and many different companies.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this company and with Mike Paul in particular. He to this day always responds promptly and takes all the time needed to answer questions. He follows up on the smallest details and treats everyone with respect. Added to this is a spirit of good humor.

The Mitsubishi units have performed flawlessly.

Mike Paul gave me a quote and an install date for a new furnace and a/c unit.He told me what time the guys would arrive and what time they would finish.The guys arrived a few minutes before and finished a few minutes before the times Mike stated. They worked like a well oiled machine; no breaks or lunch. That was five months ago and because they installed top quality equipment I've enjoyed both units and also seen a reduction in my utility bills. Accurate will be the company that I recommend for heating and cooling.

The valve on our water furnace had broken and we were forced to turn it off in the middle of a winter storm. As we started calling repair shops we were told that the original valve was on backorder for several months and we would have to use emergency heat while we waited. The folks at Accurate thought out of the box and working with the manufacturer found a substitute part. Their fast, professional actions got our furnace up and running in just a couple of days. We will definitely call them the next time we need help.

We had to have our heating system replaced and was very pleased with the service we received and the install went well they were prompt, efficient and tidy. Thanks to Blake and Nick for the job well done and to Mike for the way he handled the job. I will recommend them to family and friends in need.

Today 10/19/2022 I had my gas furnace replaced. I have nothing but praises to give Accurate for their professionalism, as well as the two gentlemen Chris and his co worker they sent to the house to replace the furnace.

They were facing a pretty daunting task removing a 28 year old gas furnace that was in a very narrow attic. Having said that, they knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get it done, but went a step above and beyond the call of duty. ( I will not go into details of what they did, because every situation is different and I do not want people expecting what they did for me to happen to them. I believe my situation was just a fluke ) but these two guys, seen the situation and got right on the phone to recommend to Accurate what needed to be done, Accurate Stepped up to the plate, and again went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing the issue. When stated by Chris what they were proposing, I had to step back and really process what was happening, not out of worry or concern, but out of humbling myself that a company would go above and beyond to do this for the general consumer. I really had a humbling moment in their words as well as actions, It gave me, someone who is a bit of a pessimist about companies and their business practices a little bit of hope.

Chris and his co worker, were in every sense of the word, professional, easy to talk to, and very down to earth. As someone who struggles with believing in people, more so companies, I would highly recommend Accurate Heating and Cooling for hvac work, Those guys have earned not only my respect, but also, a huge recommendation from me.

To Chris and the guy that was out here with him, ( didn't catch your name ) I applaud you two for doing what you did, You two have a bright future ahead of you, and you should be proud of yourselves that you did not compromise nor take short cuts to get the job done.

I have just had one of the best service call experiences I have ever had. Elizabeth handled scheduling. Jessie was my service technician. I called at 11:45. Elizabeth handled my call expertly.. Jessie called me back at 1:00 and said he was on his way. By 2:00 my air was repaired. Seldom have I had that kind of on time, expert service from any company. Well done!

I went with them, and the new heat pump system is working great!

The install technicians did a very professional and high quality installation. They cleaned up and hauled everything away.

Accurate Team installed a new Bryant Evolution system in our home. It is great! Good experience from sale through installation. The team did a great job that was thorough and efficient. They were prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to others for any heating/cooling needs.

I had started doing a toilet flange repair which had to be cut back past the 3 inch street elbow and also replace a couple of modular home type of bathtub drains and I and my Wife are both disabled Desert Storm Vets and I've had 6 back surgeries, so my back got messed up under my crawlspace and I couldn't finish the repair. After a week in the hospital and another 2 weeks at home recovering and being down to 1 bathroom and only the stall shower, I called Accurate. The guys came out a couple of days later, gave me a VERY good and lower than expected quote. These guys were very professional, friendly and down to earth. They quoted 6 hours for the work and I already had most of the materials, their estimate was at least $300 less than what I was figuring. They scheduled to come back in less than a week and showed up early with a courtesy call, did their work in 4 hours, adjusted their quote for less hours and reduced the final invoice lower. I'm a 10 year Veteran ex Army Aviation Air Assault guy, OVERLY attention to detail oriented and always critical to a fault, the guys from Accurate impressed me. It's unusual today to be surprised by quality work at reasonable prices by friendly and professional staff. Thanks accurate, for a superb job well done by great people and for bailing me out after still thinking I'm 25 years old, bullet proof and can do everything myself.

Accurate heating and cooling done a great job helping plan around a basement remodel. They came out and removed our old furnace a week earlier so the basement guys can get there work done. Came back and installed a propane furnace and all new duct work. They done a excellent job installing the new furnace and ductwork. Would definitely recommend them for any furnace repair or replacement. Thank you for a great job done on time at a great price.

After my father in law passed away in December, a friend of the family graciously offered to purchase my mother in law a new heating and cooling system as hers was no longer working. We contacted Accurate and Mike Paul came out promptly to get all the information he needed to replace the furnace and heat pump. He discovered that the system originally put in was too small for the size of the house and recommended the correct size. Within days, the equipment arrived and they were ready to have it installed. The techs arrived at 7am sharp and did a phenomenal job. The house has never felt this cool and her energy bills have never been lower. This company has truly been a blessing to my family in our time of need.

Accurate heating and cooling responded quickly to our needs. Within a week of diagnosing a problem with 27 year old air conditioning system, we had an entirely new heating and cooling system installed. The two gentlemen that showed up at our house were polite, courteous and hard-working. They worked hard to keep our house neat and clean while they worked. They were willing to share information about the new system and how it operated. The furnace unit when first delivered had a dent in the side. The installer would not except this unit and ordered a new one. The new unit was delivered within an hour. Everything was finished in less than one day and the system has worked perfectly since installation.

Accurate came out and gave us an estimate to replace our heat pump. They were competitively priced. They came when they said they would. They went over how to use the new thermostat and how to change the filter once complete. We had a piece of duct work that had a hole in it and they came back the very next day and had it fixed quickly. They have followed up with us to ensure all is well and that we are happy with our new system, which we are.

I am the owner of another company and one of their staff members “Jordan” called me from their office phone and hung up on me, then called me back using her personal phone to ask me about our pricing for annual inspections and claimed it was for her home. When I asked about it she hung up on me again!!! Incredibly unprofessional staff clearly and wouldn’t give me a lot of confidence in your expertise if I was a prospective customer!

Our mother in Circleville needed a new furnace to heat the basement of her home, Mike went out and offered her several options and fully explained which one would fit her needs the best. I live in Florida and Mike answered all of my questions and scheduled a convenient time for the installation. His crew showed up on time and explained to my mother what they were doing then installed the new unit, disposed of the old one, tested and reviewed operation of the new unit to her and cleaned up the work area.
