They were able to get a tech out same day, which was a pretty good start. The tech checked my outside unit, which had a known leak, and said that the amount of work needed would be over $1300.... To drain the system of refrigerant, resolder a poorly soldered joint, and fill it again. No bad compressor... No new unit... One solder joint. $1300. I'm good.

Just for clarity, the tech was fine. The prices... not so much.

My wife and I were babysitting our one year old granddaughter overnight and the temp was dipping to 31 degrees. Our furnace goes out and it was difficult finding anyone to come out on a Saturday evening. Thank goodness for Circleville H & C. They had my furnace back running Monday morning.

The receptionist was very professional on both occasions that I spoke to her and both technicians that worked on my furnace was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Well I called this company, but apparently they contract out because I had Affordable Air show up. The appointment time was 12-4, but showed up after 5. He stated that at first the part would be in and repair would be able to be done the next day. After he went to his vehicle to come up with the cost of repair he back tracked on that statement. The prices he gave was ridiculous. Prices ranged from $1173-$3049 for an inducer motor on my furnace. I still have the picture I took from his Ipad. You're charged automatically a $99 service fee. I contacted a true local company and was able to get my furnace fixed for less than $600. Be cautious contacting this company.

editing my review - well it’s snowing outside and my furnace has yet to kick on since the tech left after a routine quarterly maintenance call… i call to raise the flag and a very perky girl on the other end tells me there is nothing that can be done till sometime tomorrow. I don’t know what has me worked up more- it worked fine until the quarterly “maintenance” visit or the perky girl who seems oblivious to the reality that because of something the tech did or didn’t return to service i have no heat and it’s snowing outside. -but she offered to escalate my concerns… isn’t that lovely.

Free in home estimates and wanted us to pay $99. They said that they are Circleville Heating & Cooling but we're out of their service area (we live in the city of Circleville). Lots of red flags.

Did not hire but give them a 1 star because their listing claimed FREE in home estimates yet they wanted to charge $99 for one over the phone.

I called this morning and spoke with Drew, who informed me that a technician would arrive between 12–4 PM. That was fine. However, I was never told that Affordable Air and Heating would be the company providing the service. When they called, I declined because I believed someone else was already scheduled to come.

Later, as it neared 4 PM and no one had arrived, I called back to confirm. That’s when I was finally told that Affordable Air was supposed to come. By then, it was too late to reschedule, and I ended up with no technician at all.

I had someone take the day off specifically to be home for this appointment. The lack of communication and coordination was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to be a future customer.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Eric Down. He fixed the problem very fast and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He was very honest and would be more then happy to use Five star home service again. Would be even happier if Eric Doan was my service tech the next time

No heat in my house. Called and made a same day appointment. Time came for appointment and no call, no show ! Called the number provided in the email and customer services tells me I’m not even In there region to service. Mind you, there location advertised they “service” is the same city I live in. No heat, 3 kids. I am beyond pissed. Terrible

Had new furnace installed. Jerrick and Cameron could not have been nicer. They were very efficient. They put down tarps to protect my floors. I would recommend this company 100%
