Installers, Chris and Eric did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit. The answered all my questions and I asked a lot of them! It did not take all day as I originally thought it would. So kudos to them! I appreciate that. They cleaned up the area as well when they were done. Thank you Chris and Eric and hats off to Accurate Heating !

Everyone is so nice! They are all knowledgeable and good at their jobs. They ordered my furnace and installed it in a week. Mike, who gave me the estimate, was totally honest and tried to save me money. He goes above and beyond. He answered my texts and calls on the weekend!
Eric Hiles did a great job installing it and they stayed until the job was finished. Both guys were so polite and professional.
I needed some other things that weren’t on the estimate. They told me why and what the problem was and the cost before doing it.
Rebecca kept in contact with me. She called me back every time.
I can’t say enough good things about them. I will use them every time. And they do more than heating and cooling, so I will be using them for other things as well.

Highly satisfied with my A/C replacement! Mike helped us pick out the right system and get it installed within a week. The instal technicians were very quick and polite and didn't bother us at all. Definitely using them again in the future!

All wonderful things. Last fall we purchased an AC unit and Furnace and had them installed. I was having some trouble with my upstairs being too hot recently and Michael (Mike) Paul came out and inspected all of my grates adjusting them accordingly and advising to close one of the two in my bedroom. Lastly, he had us change our fan to on instead of circ. Fixed the issue entirely, so grateful! We are signed up for the silver plan to keep our units running right proper. Always have felt this company isn’t just out there to just take all of our money (unlike other companies I had quote us prior to our double unit install with Accurate). They truly deserve their pricing.

Got a brand new system installed in Feb 2025-no heat for 1.5 weeks after 3 different technicians…. Tim was very rude said they installed in wrong!!! Now they want me to spend $598 dollars for new thermostat!!! In mean time my electric bill doubled!! I used these company for at least 20 years but these new kids have no experience and I get it. I suggest that these new young kids of not already be with a mentor for a time before letting the go on their own!! Bigger company don’t mean better customer service!!! Time to move on!!

They showed up exactly when they said they would and, both technicians were very polite & professional in every way. We were very impressed with both gentlemen’s work ethics for being so young. You don’t see work ethics like that much these days.
They were very good at explaining everything and, cleaning up any mess they made before leaving. They both treated my wife & I with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Accurate is a great company.

After our furnace failed during the most extreme weather we were experiencing at the time , Accurate sent two technicians to our home. It was a total change out of our heating and air conditioning of a twenty year old system .All the work was completed in a timely manner. Connor and Javin did an outstanding job under the most extreme conditions and had us up and running the same day. They were both courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend Accurate to anyone.

Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new furnace. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team arrived on time. The installers were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the system and answer questions. The work was completed efficiently, everything was tested, and the area was left clean. I highly recommend them for furnace replacement or any HVAC needs. We will use them again in the future!
