260 dollars to replace a heating element and they said the old one looked fine they wasnt sure what fixed the problem, spent most there time reading the manual on the heater then charged me like I'm responsible for the on the job training.
I asked for a detailed bill and they won't do that but they obviously charged me for 2 hours labor even though they was here for under a hour

Avoid this company at all costs….Tried charging me $325.50 for a service call for a Friday, four days out. I was able to find a competitor to do it before they could come. They showed up early without contacting me, didn’t do any work, and are located near me. When I asked them to reconsider the charges, as I felt they were unfair, they decided to credit me and not do any further work with me. Communication is key. Never again.

They did plumbing work for us at a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Technician was on time, professional, and shared a lot of helpful information with us. Will definitely use them again.

I've used Accurate Heating and Cooling for years. I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Accurate.

The servicemen were polite and professional, as always. They were in and out quickly. I highly recommend Accurate for all your heating and cooling needs.

I had a technician come to my home in May 2021 for a quote/estimate. He told me it would take a few days for the quote. However, he did disclose that they would make no money off of me because it is a complete installation. I followed up in October 2021 because I had not heard anything in 6 months. Spoke to the technician on the phone who assured me it was not like him to make someone wait this long and he apologized. He assured me he would have my quote either that day or the next. It has now almost been a full year. I paid 700$ electric bills this winter due to baseboard heating. I called again and he again assured me this is not like him. But since it has been a year they would have to come back to my home for the estimate. Would not recommend them unless you're ok with waiting years....

We recently used Accurate for the install of a new furnace in our home. I’d first like to say that we have not had to purchase a new system for 19 years and I credit Accurate for that to begin with. Our previous system was installed by Accurate and we purchased the annual service plan throughout the life of it. Having someone check on the system each year and make the small repairs needed as time went made our system last much longer than it would have otherwise. For a small fee each year, we had peace of mind that a professional would be making sure our furnace was running safe. It was one of two fellows who came so saw the same faces and that was nice. Regarding our current system, it of course broke down on one of the extreme cold days of the year, near Christmas and of course everything is more complicated now because of Covid. Well, not with Accurate. There was no excuse about delays due to Covid or that they were backed up with the bad weather or Holiday. It was late when we called Accurate to begin with, after hours...they were willing to come that night to see what was going on. We had already set settled in at our daughter’s house for the evening because of the cold weather, so we opted for the next day. We made a next day 8:00am appt and Accurate was there waiting on us when we arrived back at home to let them in. We are an elderly couple, living alone in the country. It means a lot to us to deal with a company that we know will be there when we call and sends trustworthy people, pandemic or not. We did need a new furnace installed, but we were anticipating that was going to be needed at some point in the near future given how old our system was. They had never tried to proactively sell us a new furnace while doing any of the annual checks the past two decades. It was always whatever was needed at the time. Well, the new system was installed and there was no mess to clean up from any of their work. Polite workers who just got it done for us. We would highly recommend Accurate to anyone needing services!
