Bruno was friendly, prompt, and clearly knowledgeable. He checked and cleaned our vents and explained everything he was doing. We will test to see if our dryer function improves; if not, we know it was not vents but the dryer that needs attention.

Lowe's did such a good job. Jose was awesome. Very friendly, very thorough. He did a great job of cleaning up after the job. I will definately use them again.

Javier Sanchez was sent to my home for dryer duct cleaning. Right away I was impressed with his politeness and courteous attitude. I also noticed that he put on shoe covers without me asking. It is very important to me that a company shows care about their customers even in such small ways. I also observed how clean the stuff they bring in to my home, especially the vacuum, as I have phobia to germs. Thank you Lowe's for sending Javier Sanchez - he sure did a good job in cleaning the dryer duct. Now I know who to hire for my next duct cleaning.

Definitely recommend Lowe’s Air Ducts! David and Jose were our technicians. They serviced our HVAC and dryer vents. Additionally, they noticed we needed our coils and blower done so we took advantage of their expertise for those items. Pics are used for proof of service needs. FYI: The service being provided is going to be noisy because of the equipment needed to do the service; however they were extremely careful, cleanly, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable for the work that needed to be done! Javier was on time and called prior to arriving. The air duct cleaning service was phenomenal. He left our house clean, as though he was never here. Also during the service, Javier showed before and after pictures. I would highly recommend this company.

Just had my Air Duct cleaned and Javier Sanchez, with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning arrived on time did an AWESOME job. He showed me before and after pictures of the dust found. After he finished cleaning the ducts the house now feels lite inside, if that makes any sense. He didn't try to sell me additional services, he came in we walk through the entire house pointing out the registers and exchanges in the house and then he got busy. Got our air ducts cleaned today and Jose did an excellent job. He was very thorough and spent well over 6 hours at our house. He cleaned up after himself and also found dead animals in the vents. If you are considering getting your ducts cleaned, you cannot go wrong with this company. I recently moved into a home where the previous owner smoked and it had never been done so we reached out to several places but the reviews of Lowe’s made me want to work with them. They were prompt, courteous, and communicative. I had the pleasure of working with Byron, who was the best! He was so thorough, and showed me pictures of all of his work in my house and I don’t think he stopped working once while he was here. Do yourself a favor and hire Lowe’s!
