So happy we contracted with Central Heating and Air Conditioning Co! Replaced our old Heater, AC and Humidifier last year. Stewart (the owner) was outstanding to work with and was right on in suggesting which equipment would be best for our home. In fact, everyone we've dealt with- including the owner, office staff, the installers and the techs, have been extremely professional, very efficient, knowledgable, and reliable. Thanks so much-you did an amazing job at a very fair price point. You came highly recommended to us and you can be sure we will continue to recommend your company to all our friends in the future!!

Jacob a conscience tech is very thorough in his work. He was right on time and did a superb job. He is kind , caring and knowledgeable.I would recommend Jacob anytime.

Kenny came very late in the evening. It was so late, I felt sorry for him since I knew he was out in the sun all day. He asked a few questions about what the AC was doing and immediately said ‘It’s one or two things’. Took out two screws, opened the cover and pulled a leaf out of the relays contacts & the AC came to life. He then educated me on what non-professionals needed to do if they wanted to safely do what he had done. He then ran some tests and closed up the unit. Very professional and on time. I couldn’t be happier. Some unscrupulous people might have tried to sell me a new unit but he just said if you have any other problems give us a call. He also gave me some parting tips on how to extended the life of the unit. Very impressed. Will call if we have any other problems.

John was punctual, Got right to work after we discussed the issues, and discussed with me at decision points throughout the visit. He fixed the problem, and discussed other services available through the company and gave mr a quote on the spot for duct cleaning. We also discussed electricians and plumbing services. The prices were very reasonable. I would use their services again

Travis did a great job troubleshooting the MYSA app to connect my baseboard electric heaters so that I could use them with the app and Alexa. I just wish her their prices were a little cheaper because ever since the APT electric was purchased by Wilson Plumbing And Heating their costs have gone up considerably. Despite that they are great to work with and are very helpful and professional.

Shawn Sullivan finished installing an Air Scrubber at my home. He was meticulous, friendly, informative and very very neat. You would never know anything was done here. Asked if I had any questions regarding the scrubber or anything else. Highly recommend.

My service guy Nick was absolutely AMAZING. Because of his customer service I will be a repeat customer! He was professional and very informative. He wanted to ensure we were 100% satisfied before he left. He made sure his area was clean and that he completed the job 100%! He also walked me through what he was doing and how to correct the issue moving forward! I highly recommend Central because even the receptionist that took my call was simply amazing! This Company has Impeccable service!!! Stewart was great at explaining our options, When another company (My Guys) just wanted money to look at my furnace and I was advised they can't fix it that I need a new furnace. Called Stewart at Central Heating & Air Conditioning Co and he said no charge going to come out and look at it. He said I need some work done on the old furnace but he could fix it .After weighing my options we decided the best investment is to replace our old furnace so we could have peace of mind. The Technician that came out was Brandon, and let me just say The service we had was the service you use to get back in the day !You will not get service like this just anywhere! Brandon was very respectful! did a outstanding job! he cleaned up after the job! I was just amazed at the work he did and how respectful he was .He went above and beyond !!! and I have already recommended this company to a friend. We had Dusty come out today to check on issues with our furnace and turned out that we also had an issue with our AC unit. He repaired everything and was very methodical and thorough. We signed up for the membership option and hopefully we will have Dusty out again when we need services. He was very professional and nice!!

Last week we had 2 furnace humidifiers installed and just wanted to complement the great work from Javon Thompson & Mike Shahan. They both were very professional and explained the product and process very well. We’re very happy with Wilson and would recommend them for their vast amount of services.

I called Central Heating & Air to come look at my AC when it wasn't working this spring, and was able to schedule an appointment convenient to me just a few days out. Greg was communicative, on time, friendly, and did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and had me up and running for a fair price within an hour. I'll definitely use them again!

Henry was fantastic. I thought he was only going to replace my wash basin and come back on Monday for my hot water tank and he did both! I had an old porcelain basin that had to be broken up and taken out. Henry had a lot of work to do in one afternoon and he did it effortlessly and efficiently. So professional! Cleaned up after and I can now do my laundry again. I have had such a great experience with Wilson's. Thanks Henry I love my new hot water tank and wash basin.

We had a great group of guys come to give us a quote and install some outlets on our mantle. Travis was personable, very professional and determined to get our job done the way we discussed. He was even able to get us to subscribe to the Wilson plan! Andrew came to install after Travis quoted us for the job and he asked questions, talked me through what he was doing and tried to complete the job, but ultimately couldn’t because they were missing some supplies. Even though they didn’t finish initially, they kept me in the loop instead of stringing me along as to why they couldn’t complete the job. The second day they came out, the job was completed and we’re SO happy with the outcome. Overall, I had an appointment, a quote and a job done within a week. We’ll definitely be calling them for all our electrical and plumbing needs.

Just had Wilson Plumbing and Heating come in and install a new high energy furnace. Greg and Jim did an excellent job with install and went above and beyond to tweak a number of other issues on a separate furnace. Install was excellent, great clean up, and super attitude by these 2 installers. No surprises, they delivered exactly what they sold me. Highly recommend

The crew that was sent out for my furnace install was superb. Isaiah and Greg did a wonderful job. They left no debris behind and made sure their work site was clean before departure. They made sure I knew how to operate new thermostat as well. They went above and beyond in my opinion. I brought to their attention something the salesman and I discussed that they didn’t receive on their work order. After discussion they were able to accommodate my request. If I wasn’t there for the install you would have never known they were there. I would recommend them to friends and family anytime.

Called today at 9am about my furnace, it was looked at by 12 & fixed by 230pm!!! Absolutely great service, Brian Hughes is amazing!

I contacted Wilson Plumbing & Heating to service my 16 year old 40 gallon gas water heater. Met with Jason Beatty, Service Technician, who knowledge and expertise was evident when discussing the options to service my water heater. I decided it was best to replace the water tank and requested that Jason personally be the one to complete the job. He honored my request and came next day with fellow technicians Jimmy Dillon and Isiah Pittser who were equally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Jimmy and Isiah installed new tank, drain pan, new ball valve & thermal expansion tank, and rework gas, vent, flue piping and water lines. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with there work. Thank you Wilson Plumbing & Heating!
