Service was great as usual. On time, friendly and professional. Nick found my last service call should have been no charge as I signed up for your preferred service agreement. He called in on my behalf and got things straight. So, no charge this time and signed new agreement for next year. Looking out for the customer is much appreciated. He also showed me how to read codes on furnace in case of problems. Nick was out previously and corrected a water leak problem. He is an asset to Central.

Outstanding service! They came out to fabricate a few heater boots and the representative they sent was Ken V - Outstanding Work Ethic! He gave lots of advice on the furnace that other furnace reps have not for years! He gave helpful tips on how to save money, and was very thorough and did a perfect job!
They also were able to come right away - and able to adjust their schedule to fit mine, on a last minute notice. The owner of the company is also very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Excellent A++ customer service for Ken V.

I have been dealing with Central for over 18 years at my current home and the home I owned previously. Stewart installed my AC unit at my old house personally. My current home was built and I couldn't choose the HVAC installer but once the home was mine I had Central do all of my service and updates. I have never been unhappy with Kenny from Central he's the best service person you could want. Kenny's the best thing since sliced bread. Keep up the great work Ken.

Nick (our technician) was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair work that was done. I used another repair place for the same repair 4 years ago and they were more expensive and tried to push buying a new unit when we did not need one. I liked the fact that the tech was willing to work with the customer. I would highly recommend using Central Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for service or repairs.

No air was not able to fix but was told what to do. Nestor was very professional and knowledgeable. Although he was unable to find the system leak, he did provide us possible options and tell us what defects he found with the installation. Overall, we are satisfied with his service.

Jason was great. He knows his stuff and it was a pleasure having him get this issue taken care of. Additionally Jessica was wonderful on the phone, it did make me smile, as promised!

We have used Central Heating and Air Conditioning since 1991. They have always been professional, fairly priced, and extremely knowledgeable. This most recent service was on a system that they did not install. The technician found multiple problems, including a drain pipe that was not connected to the drain! His knowledge and experience will quite possibly safe us from future water damage. I absolutely recommend this company.

I had my AC system Installed in 2011 . This company is the best and i can't stress enough how friendly and professional they are .. Starting from Stewart ( the owner) down to every single employee and technician . I had an issue with the condenser and they got me in their list for the next day . now its 2018 and my warranty still effective. So when they say 10 years parts warranty the mean it and stand behind it.
Last year i referred my next door neighbor Steve when he wanted a great company and he got his brand new AC unit installed by them ....

We were interested in using Central Heating/AC for our HVAC replacement because they were a Trane dealer. However, the phone numbers on their website did not work, which was a warning flag. I was able to connect with a scheduler through the Trane website, but then the technician could only provide a 4 hour block of time, which I am unable to accommodate in my schedule. All other local contractors have been able to give me a 1 hour time window. Given the concerns with the website (how do I get into contact with them if there are future issues?) and the lack of scheduling, we chose to pursue other options.

I've used Central for installation and maintenance for more than twenty years, and they are always on the ball and very dependable. We all get discouraged spending the money on service, but it is great to have a vendor with knowledgeable techs who supply great service. I recommend their annual service contract as you can always be sure that when you wake in the morning on a cold day, your heat will be running. I purchased a Trane heat pump and gas furnace from them 20+ years ago, and it is still at the top of the line for performance, and heats and cools my home great.

Repairman Ken knew what he was doing. He gave honest answers to our questions and provided his opinion. We trusted his work and appreciated his friendly personality while he did a Clean and Check on our furnace. We will recommend Central Heating anytime someone inquires.

John C. Installed a new faucet in my kitchen sink. The old one was very difficult to remove due to its age and water rusting the connections. John did an excellent job both removing the old kitchen faucet an installing the new one. He was personable and friendly, answering my questions so I could understand.

Ken was the best service man that has ever come to our house. He started out by asking several questions about our furnace performance. He then proceeded to perform an inspection/cleaning of our furnace. He told me what he was doing and why on everything he did. He was very professional and customer focused.

Central Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new boiler in our 100 year old house 3 years ago. It was a job of perfection and we have had no problems with it. They come for an annual skimming and check up and Ken, the technician, explains very clearly what is needed on our end to keep things working smoothly. Much appreciated. I'm writing this review not even 10min after my scheduled service because it was just so, so great! I had a problem with my AC - the unit would not turn on. Nick, the amazing technician sent to help, assessed and solved my problem in record time. He was fast, efficient, and extremely patient as he explained everything I needed to know. I have never had a more positive customer service experience. If Nick is on the case you're absolutely in good hands. Central Heating & Air Conditioning will forever be my go-to.

We’re very satisfied with the service from Wilson. Greg Griffin did a great job replacing a furnace today. Extremely professional. Answered all our questions and left the basement spotless afterwards.

Dusty went above and beyond!! He answered any questions and concerns I had,checked everything I had asked him to check even though he didn’t have to seeing how he fixed the issue (capacitor in the furnace) and was very knowledgeable of the type of setup in my apartment … I highly recommend your services/company especially if he’s the guy who shows up!! He was very polite and an honest guy.

Greg was very nice. He was very professional. He showed me what he was going to do, he answered all of my questions, he explained how to work the stermostat and he cleaned up and removed all the scrap and boxes. I would highly recommend this man and the company.

I paid Wilson over $12,000 for a new furnace and A/C - both work great. BUT - I have called them four times over the last four weeks and they have never returned my calls. God help me when/if it breaks….. I need a corrected invoice to claim my $450 rebate from Dominion. If I don’t get the rebate due to the incorrect invoice, I’m going to take Wilson to small claims court.

Wilson has a call center, so if they don’t call back you have no recourse. Wilson has RUINED the furnace company they bought - Central Heating and Air. Avoid this company.
