I called and got same-day service because someone else canceled, they came over on time and clean the duct work, and sanitized… I wish I could’ve seen before and after photos, but the angles of the ductwork did not allow a clear view. Definitely cleared out a lot of post renovation dust debris tho.

Its better than what I had before . he explained the process to us made recommendations to keep our quality of air clean and for the registeries . Other companies did not clean efficiently like they did and it was apparent after they were done

I have known them for years and for me they are the best company with the best people.

They left some to be desired. Ducts seemed to be cleaned (time will tell). However, while not unfriendly, they didn’t go out of their way to be friendly (basically no introduction, straight to business touring the house). They asked to use our bathroom, which I didn’t mind but someone else might. My biggest concern was the mess left at each vent and return location. There was dirt/debris on the floor under the ceiling vents and around some of the floor vents. I would have expected the areas to be clean after they finished.

The air smells fresher, and my HVAC is working better than ever.

I was happy with the time frame they arrived in, and the service took much less time than I was quoted. They were professional. I appreciated this experience as it was my first time hiring duct cleaning. I don't have central air, but I ran my heat for awhile and there was no dust smell or odor. They even found a disconnected duct and fixed that for me. I trust and am very happy that my young son should have an easier time with his sinuses this winter!
