Had a hot water tank that was leaking. Mike T.came out and suggested installing a new one, after installing it he discovered the tank was defective and had to remove it go get another one and reinstall. Mike T was apologized and worked late into the day to get it installed. Mike T was very professional, kept me updated on what he was doing. Overall I give McPhillips a 5 star rating on service and prices.

We had McPhillips out to re-pipe our upstairs bathroom over to the stack. Our plumber was Domenic Cerchione. He was tremendous. Efficient, communicative and hard working. He made sure we knew where he was in the process, what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Domenic showed up on time, did his work and was friendly and approachable. Best experience we have ever had with a plumber. Domenic is the best. 5 Stars.

McPhillips came for a routine air-conditioning tune-up and were timely and also gave me a phone call prior to coming to my house so that I was prepared. Joe was my H-Vac repairman and was excellent he explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had, he did the work quickly and was friendly and professional.

Discovered that the hot water tank was leaking on a Saturday. McPhillips was the only company who had someone available to assess the situation that day. Dominic C. returned VM quickly and came over that day, explained what needed to be done, and returned on Sunday morning to replace the tank. He worked quickly, explained everything he'd done, and answered all questions. Then he called as a follow-up to ensure that everything was okay.

We have had the good fortune to have been dealing with McPhillips for decades. Their plumbing and HVAC services have always been great and a good value considering the tools and experience they bring. Today we had Domenic re-pipe a kitchen sink drain for us at Beacon Hill Apartments. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. A definite plus for all.

Domenic is the best! He was a dynamo: on time, enthusiastic, diligent, knowledgeable and so, so helpful. And I didn't have a small project - it was a hot water heater replacement. I will be requesting him moving forward for all projects.

Al was assigned to come diagnose and fix our A/C problem. He notified us before he was arriving, found the problem and fixed it without issues. He’s truly amazing, knowledgeable and with all his many years of experience we definitely trust Al to get the job done. Every business needs an Al working for them! He’s a 5 star out of 5 employee.

The installation crew showed up on time and did a great job, thank you Paul my installer. Thanks to Paul my estimator as well for the quick responses. This is my third time with McPhillips and I am very happy with their work.

This is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly companies/contractors that I have EVER worked with.

The company was recommended by a friend. I called on Friday. They sent Domenic out on Monday. He was on time and even a little early. Not like some places that give a 4 hour window. I showed him the problem that the main shut off valve was stuck. He checked it out no problem. The other plumber had looked at the wrong valve. Since he was already here I asked if he could install my new dishwasher. That had been sitting here for 2 weeks. Yes he stayed to install my new dishwasher with only a few hiccups. It was finally done efficient and excellent. I even said I dropped a screw in the garbage disposal and he got it out too. For only the cost was a little higher than the original people but now I have my dishwasher in sooner than later. Yes I would recommend them with Domenic as their employee. And use them again. Had a boiler installed in my 130 year old home. Great value and outstanding service. Al and his wife went above and beyond

So I have not have heat for the last three days. The first guy who came to work on it and made it work then and half an hour later was not working again . Then he said he was going to come early in the morning again because he could not come back the day he came originally and he showed up at 6 pm the next day. After two hours of checking outside and inside the house told me that I have high levels of CO2 and he said you need a new furnace. Which is so expensive nowadays. Fortunately, I know this company. Thanks to @almost_my_last_photo and he sent me his technicians to Look over it and decided that I did not need a new furnace. All I needed to do was to move my grill away from the exhaust. My stupidity due to ignorance; however, the first technician saw the grill moved it and put it back on the exhaust . Goodness what a week I’ve had. I truly recommend, the Mcphillips plumbing and heating company for any of your HVAC and plumbing needs! #they are knowledgeable, fast and honest !

Had a full hvac system installed, They put the vents in a place that didnt make sense had to get another contractor out to check all the work, They didnt understand what the original company had done and why, Was told they had to contact the manufacturer and nothing heard back because something was wrong.

Then friday thru today, We got harassed by some guy called paul, with multiple texts and threatened with a lien on our house over text message, Over a check we promised 3 days ago.

Simply couldve been resolved wiith a phone call, We just dont do business with people like this, Heed this warning and go with someone who appreciates repeat business & not threaten and bully over past 3 days. BBB complaint filed.
