Missed vents that were charged for. Sent a subcontractor who wasn’t professional at all. Didn’t wear shoe protectors. Left doors open when didn’t need to. Was on the phone with his earbud. Broke one of my vents shoving his air compressor wand into it. Bent most of them doing this. Offered additional services that we accepted but then wasn’t what he said it was. Would not recommend!

Had Phil in Olmsted Township. Great service! He's super friendly and works really quick! Biggest mobile shop vac I've ever seen! He was super knowledgeable and handled every register type that we had.

Service was faster and cleaner than I thought it would be!

So we actually upgraded it and made it better than before. we also put in a door opener for the garage so no more wire needed.

Did some damage to my home(was accident) took a month for the to come out only for them to try to patch and rig what was tore up, went and bought wrong material and tried to use it anyway I wasn’t going for that so Phil one that did my vents and damage to the home started cussing me out and screaming because I wasn’t going to just let use the wrong materials to where my wife heard him in the the house and came outside and told him that was unacceptable call his boss and he didn’t care I was just a burden to him so he agreed to refund me $250 just to let them finish and I did. Work still not done right it was rushed and they were trying to be shady about the way they were going to fix it. Not professional at all no him not the company and not the contractor he brought. They didn’t even have a ladder to get on roof, never seen a name for the contractor. They came on a Sunday and took them 5 hours to do a 1.5 hour job by trying to it cheap and not the right materials. Work done half a— at best. UPDATE!!! Now that the rain has started my porch leaks and never did before. Just had surgery and wasn’t able to physically check the work they did and this is what I got. SMH would stay away from this company

So happy with my new through the wall AC unit installation. Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning Company was really communicative throughout the process, giving me a reasonable quote and helping me pick the best AC units for our home. Installation day was a breeze and the two people they sent were kind, professional, observed COVID precautions, and super-efficient. I have already recommended Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning company to a colleague looking to upgrade his home AC system.

One of there plumbers told us we needed a hot water heater. While he was there he said we should replace our toilets because we can save money on water (they have the four gallon tanks), so we picked one up at the same time we got the hot water tank. He told us how much it would cost and noted what we would need, and we told him we would be getting in touch soon. My husband called and confirmed the charges with the receptionist prior to scheduling. We called and were told someone will be out between 8 and 10. At 9 my husband calls and was told someone will be out in 15. He calls again at 9:30 and was told he'd be there in 20. My husband had to cancel because he couldn't rely on him being there by 10. It was scheduled for the same time the next day, he shows at 9:45. It takes forever to drain the heater. He doesn't have a shut off valve (which was noted by original plumber). What kind of plumber doesn't have a shut off valve. We asked if he needed a permit, and he said no (which is a lie). He charged at anywhere from $132-$232 more than the original estimate, and the second one too. My husband has been calling for a month to tell them he needs to speak to the owner. Either they don't answer when the see his number or they just don't call back. They didn't give us a receipt, nor will they send us one. They also have nothing to say about the wobbly toilet they installed. I guess it would've been nice if he installed the nut. We found it in the driveway, but aren't sure how tight to tighten it (it still wobbles).I guess we should've waited when we had a problem with the bill until the plumber contacted his manager.

On Sept. 3rd, 2024, they finally got back to us, and said they would come out to look at it, and was told they would let us know how much it would cost to fix the toilet wobbling before doing the work. When Eugene came and assessed the situation, he stated that this should've been correctly installed by the original installer. He repeatedly asked for the original installers name, so he could find out who did such a poor job with the original installation.

Reem had someone come out for us, because we didn't want McPhillips to come back out when we had an issue. The plumber that came out stated that it will happen again because of the way it was installed. They said they would've done it differently.

My husband insisted we give McPhillip's another chance to make it right. They just sent us a bill for $99, which included a 20% discount. This should've been taken care of from the start. You need to back your work, and return customers REPEATED phone calls.

Had to get our plumbing worked on and even though it was a stressful situation, the dispatcher Megan that I talked to made up for it! She was so nice & informative about what was going on & how to help! Would definitely recommend to others the company and their customer service!

These were my favorite plumbers! They were respectful, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were understanding during a difficult time and didn’t add any unnecessary stress to my plate. They were realistic with which repairs were needed done soon, versus which are low priority, rather than just quoting me for the whole thing. They heard my stress and didn’t try to take advantage. During the heat wave, our heat pump broke. Dispatcher managed to arrange technician Adam to come out the same day. While I couldn't take the heat with my fan on inside the house, I couldn't imagine how Adam had to work outside under the sun all day long. He was sweating, but his work was not. He found an issue. He came back with the part next day after he finished other scheduled jobs earlier. He then FIXED my heat pump and our house cooled down. We cannot thank Adam and McPhilips company enough, they're responsive and work with good quality. I would recommend the company for all AC/heating issues.

One of their drivers in van 62 hit our vehicle outside the DD in Mentor, he admitted he got us pretty good, gave us his insurance information. They are not taking responsibility for the $3,500 in damage plus rental car. I would never trust a company that doesn't take responsibility for their accidents.

McPhillips Plumbing came to our rescue today. Domenic was good at getting everything working for our facility again. He was efficient, professional and knew the importance of getting things In laundry working again quickly. A company our facility always counts on.

From start to finish, Caryn, Al, Larry, and Tom from McPhillips were great to work with regarding our new HVAC system and tankless water heater. I highly recommend them and their friendly and professional service. Thank you!

I was finishing a kitchen remodel when I discovered my kitchen sink AND bathroom sink were plugged. McPhillips were brilliant, sending me a knowledgeable plumber and fixing my problem. I thought it would cost me a lot more than it did as pricing was very reasonable. The explanation was also very helpful as to why my drains were struggling so I could prevent the issue from recurring.
