Needed a valve replaced. Service person did not show up with correct tools for the job. Took almost an hour to turn the main water valve off, then needed to leave to acquire the correct key to shut the water off. Mind you the water meter was installed by the city less than 24 hours prior. Repeat trips to service truck (15-20x), then needed to leave (again) to acquire the parts he needed to do the job. Also, informed them of what service was needed. So you figure they would show up with the parts needed. No estimate given. Then charged 2 hours labor, plus parts and a service charge.

Had a broken sewer pipe and McPhillips Plumbing Htg AC Company sent Nick and Ryan out to investigate! These two gentlemen explained, showed camera footage, and documented everything they were doing! Within one day they did the excavating work, fixed the pipe, jetted the line, filled it back in and poured the cement back over it! These servicemen were very professional and thorough! My husband and I really appreciated how fast they completed the job! A+'s and Five Gold Stars to this AWESOME company!

I just had to write a good review for a great plumbing company. Nick was my plumber and was a very good guy . He was on time very polite and really went the Extra mile to fix my shower the way I wanted it . I was very happy with results did great work cleaned up when done and was just a good dude. I 100% recommend Mcphillips Plumbing for all your needs . They were very reasonable and stuck to quote Exactly.

Had to replace a AC and furnace in my condo which involved installing part of the AC unit on top of an eight story building in downtown Cleveland. This was made difficult by a tricky and tight stairway to get to the roof. Caryn, Al, and all involved from McPhillips took it in stride and made the whole process easy, without any stress. Everyone was professional, punctual, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t just gain a reliable and efficient HVac system, I feel like I gained some friends! Would recommend without hesitation!

McPhillips is absolutely the MOST PROFESSIONAL HVAC Servicing Company we have had the GREAT Pleasure to work with and perform Repairs and Seasonal Servicing on our 1985 Hot Water Boiler with 4 Zones System. Sean and Diane were very warm and friendly and sent us Ernie, the Premier Senior [Experienced & Knowledgeable] Technician. He CORRECTED GROSS MISTAKES CAUSED by a previous unrelated Company AND did a PERFECT Thorough job about one year ago in 2024. We have had a number of our own businesses which required complex intricate workmanship and extensive knowledge, so we greatly appreciate this Company and Personnel and our new Seasonal Servicing.

Caryn helped us from start to finish! Our almost 20 year old furnace stopped working all of a sudden on a super cold day. She got our quote put together that same day and her crew out replacing our furnace the next morning! Al and his team were really skilled, hard working, and diligent. They got the heat working on the end of the first day and finished the job by the second day! Thanks again Caryn and Al!

Caryn was very helpful in dealing with an insurance claim I had for plumbing work that needed to be done. She went the extra mile by calling the adjuster and working with him directly to help me keep things running smoothly.

Had a great experience with Nick Edreff and Ryan of McPhillips where they addressed multiple issues related to our water tank, expansion tank, release valve, as well as external plumbing. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient.

After evaluating the problem, Larry explained what the job would entail as well as mentioning the possibility of complications. He replaced the wax toilet seal and the flange. Larry is a true professional. He cleaned up after he finished and now the toilet base is tight as a drum.

My basement drain had been giving me issues for a month, i just bought this home and didn't know the history or what was down there, and not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also explained everything in a way I could actually understand.

I’ve been a long time customer of McPhillips for a number of years for all services of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. I have always had positive experiences. They are reasonably priced with their services, and always do a fantastic job, and they have never steered me wrong. My most recent need of their services was relating to a new refrigerator I needed to buy. I never had one with the built in water and ice dispenser, and this one had it and needed to be hooked up. I called McPhillips, and they sent a worker by the name of Domonic. He was excellent! I felt very comfortable with him in knowing he knew what he was doing. He was an expert in his field. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything to me in ensuring I understood before he left. We had contracted Space Comfort to replace our gas furnace and A/C. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and the price was competitive with some finance options. The financing is thru a third party but easily completed in minutes with a preapproval almost instantly. The communication during the process was outstanding and showing up on time when schedule was confirmed. The install crew was professional looking out for our home as it was their own is so much appreciated. Bottom line we could not be more than pleased and highly recommend Space Comfort!
