They came out a d fixed my prep cooler within 24 hours they were fast and reasonble.

I don't think they want business. We've tried calling them twice over the last year or so, and both times they failed.to ever follow up on even showing up.

called them because True manufacturing company tell to call them because they service true product. Very bad customer service. the receptionist say they don't take any new client until the next couple weeks. i told her so what should i do at this point, instead told me to schedule for something next couple weeks or call someone else.she is laughing at me while I'm on the phone.
