We are extremely pleased with Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning service. They definitely exceeded our expectations. The technician Byron was excellent. He was on time, worked non-stop for 6 hours. All by himself he moved our heavy furniture, cleaned all the ducts, the registers and the area around the registers. Everything was put back to its original place. This was quite a process as we have 2 systems and nearly 50 registers. The before and after pictures were amazing! I can’t say enough about the service Byron provided. I don’t know how much he makes, but he definitely deserves a raise!! In addition, the fixed price they offered was nearly half what we were quoted by a couple competitors. Definitely choose Lowe’s for your air duct cleaning. You won’t be disappointed!!

Byron was the tech for our duct cleaning. He did a fantastic job. The before and after photos were great to see what was done. He was very thorough and he cleaned up after himself along the way. You'd never know he was here. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. Very quick response from company to set up appointment as well. Great service from everyone involved.

Ernesto was fantastic, thorough and did a great job cleaning the ducts at our new home. He was considerate and wore a KN95 mask at our request to protect our health during his service. Lowe's was able to come the very day I called to inquire about their services too! Definitely recommend.

I had an air duct cleaning along with dryer vent cleaning. The technician, Juan was very informative and professional. He explained the work that was going to be performed prior to starting. Juan arrived on time and kept me reminded of the appointment prior to arriving. I was provided with pictures of the cleaning/work when he completed it. I would recommend him and will be using again. We had our air ducts cleaned today along with the motor blower. I cannot say enough good things about our service. The technician, Javier, was on time, friendly, and informative. He went above and beyond to get our air ducts spotless after a big home improvement project. There was so much dust that he thoroughly removed from the ducts and blower. The before and after pictures were so helpful to see the progress along the way. I loved that he even showed me the inside of the powerful vacuum system he was using to see all the debris he had picked up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their air ducts cleaned!

Lance is awesome. I could tell he was having a busy day, but he calmly said he would come by and take a look at our system. Lance was very professional and fixed our issue within 5 minutes of arrival! I would highly recommend using this company!!

Price was right. Two men spent two days removing an old furnace and air conditioner. They did an outstanding job. They tested both systems to make sure both worked correctly, then instructed me on proper filter replacement, and new computer thermostat. I would recommend Central to anyone.

Editing my review as Stewart sold the business and this is not Central heating any longer but rather Wilson Heating. Called in a Saturday for an emergency outage on our AC and got a calling service that said they could send someone out in 2 weeks. I explained we needed to leave on vacation but the calling service of course doesn’t care. This new company does not offer 24 hour service or any service behind normal hours. There is no way to actually get a hold of an actual employee for this new Wilson Electric. For this reason, I’ve changed my review and will use another HVAC service for the future!

Awesome company and Stewart is GREAT!!!! I have owned 3 homes and Central has come out and replaced the HVAC in all 3 homes and I could not be more pleased with their service, installation and professionalism!!! I highly recommend!!

Central Heating yearly inspection was excellent. Our representative explained everything he was doing and showed us how to better utilize our electronic thermostat. He answered any questions we had.
He was polite, professional, and ensured he followed Covid protocol.

The install of the furnace and AC took 2 full days. But they were kind, polite, clean, and did a high quality job overall. I am very happy I chose them for the job. Thank you!

I have had several units attended to by Central Heating Company....Every technician was professional and knew what he was doing....the FIRST time. I had anew furnace installed in a very tige space and it was done properly and without a mess....these people work clean. I also had an emergency come up with a water heater and they were more than accommodating to get someone to the house to rectify the situation.
The general inspection when I purchased a service agreement (at very reasonable cost) was done thoroughly and with full explanation as to what they were doing. I'm quite please that I was given the name of this company....I'm looking forward to a long relationship...

Umesh was both professional and personable. The finished job looks great. Many serviceability provisions have been engineered and added to the boiler piping that were lacking old system piping. I recommend Umesh and Wilson without reservation.

We absolutely love our zoned ac and heat. Love that he takes his time to educate you, he clearly is passionate about what he does. I recently had a "Clean and Check" and a "Combustion Analysis" done on
my furnace. The service was exemplary. Everything checked out OK. The
technician, Nick, was very good and explained everything that he was doing. One more example of their excellent communication. I learned quite a bit about my furnace. I have been so pleased with the quality provided by Central Heating & Air Conditioning during the process of acquiring my new HVAC system. I would quickly recommend them.

Excellent experience! Called in for emergency service when the air conditioning unit at my 95 year old mother's home decided to stop working yesterday. The schedule was booked solid when I called for service, but Stewart Unsdorfer, the owner, was able to stop by her home in Lyndhurst and quickly assess & fix the issue. When have you ever heard of the owner of a company actually making a service call? Service rate was extremely reasonable, too! Central really cares about its customers and we are blessed to be able to count on Central Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our furnace and air conditioning needs in any kind of weather. Even a pandemic doesn't slow them down!

Before the change in management, I had used this company multiple times and was satisified. My initial appointment went OK, I scheduled it, the tech came out, spent a long time here figuring out what went wrong, so that part was OK. It was the follow up that was awful. The quote was highly variable, and no one could tell me the break out between parts vs labor. OK, fine. So I called to schedule the repair and I got some sort of central call center and they said they would give the tech my information so he could call me to schedule the service. No one called. I called 2 weeks later and was told I could get an appointment on the next business day but would have to agree to an $89 service fee, and when I explaind that I had already paid that and had the diagnostics done, I wanted to schedule the work, the person on the other end of the line could not help me and just said the 'home office' would have to call me to confirm everything. I can't believe how hard it is to get in touch with someone who can actually do the work. I miss the old businss and will not be continuing with this company.

Central Heating installed a HVAC system complete with duct work because we didn't have any. They worked on some very cold days outside and in the attic as well. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the customer service, Stew (the owner) and the experience of EVERY ONE of his crew! They were careful and very neat and clean EVERYDAY. I'm particular! The superb attention they showed to doing the best they could to have the equipment and everything running to it turned out to look very professional and had a neat appearance. Again, I'm particular!
They came back several times to address a couple of concerns I had and were able to satisfy me.
I hired Central because I knew they were experienced but I also now know they won't leave me hanging in the event of any problems in the future. That gives me peace of mind and I highly recommend them!
