Very rude on the phone. I relocated to Erie Co (1 hour away) but still own a house in Lakewood. Denison Appliance has been working on a refrigerator repair and needs "Easy Seal" but, due to unforeseen circumstances, needed me to pay for it and he would pick it up. I explained the situation but in one contradictory statement the rep on the phone said, "... we only sell to contractors... we know Josh, he knows better and we won't take payment by phone" and hung up. So effectively, even though they know the contractor and he was going to pick it up, I cannot pay for it. I guess I'll take off work AGAIN to drive into town because of this not-well- thought-out policy.

Best supply house in the state. Nicest and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always my go to for all my needs in HVAC. Also steve has a great looking banana

I've wasted an hour today attempting to contact someone at Sunbelt tool rental for info on equipment rental. I just hung up from the 5th phone call, after getting into a voice prompt loop that kept saying the same thing over and over. I've spoken to 3 Sunbelt locations and every person I speak to refers me to another dead end within the Sunbelt company.
