Mr. Collins is very professional and knowledgeable. He’s very efficient and turnaround times are quick with information. Pricing was great, and the installers were professional, went over how to use the new system and answered all of our questions. Work space was left clean. It’s refreshing to get great service. We are happy with our experience.

We really appreciated Steve's no pressure sales tactics.He did not try and sell us more than we needed. His prices were very affordable.
He readily worked around our schedule to set up a prompt installation.We had a few minor problems initially which he took care of right away. He was prompt in returning our calls. His installation team was very efficient. Steve is a very honest man and I would highly recommend him.

I have dealt with numerous contractors over the last 10 years regarding my properties here in Cleveland. Clearly, Steve and his technicians are top notch.; Professional , knowledgeable and personable doesn't come close to describing my experience with the installation of a new Furnace-A/C system today. On a scale of 1 to 10, they bust the scale and are a 12 !! When I have future heating and cooling needs for my other properties, I know who I will call. Great job !!

Had Collins Cooling & Heating to my house today to install a new furnace and AC unit. The crew was friendly and respectful and did a great job! The installation looks great and they cleaned up the mess very well!

Steve is knowledgeable and professional and offered great consultation and recommendations. I was especially impressed that he came out personally to inspect and help finish the job.

Oh and BTW, his price and equipment quality were far superior to that of his competition. Steve gave me one of Rheem's highest grade furnaces and AC units for less than what the Carrier and even other Rheem contractors were trying to sell me lower grade models for.

Steve Collins was the ultimate professional and straight forward. Steve and his crew install a new furnace and first time central air. My wife in the past week used both the AC and furnace. ( Ohio weather). Couldn’t be happier. EXCELLENT PRICE!!! His crew(sorry bad with names ) was professional and cleaned up everything. Would and will recommend Collins heating and cooling to anyone who asks.

Collins had the best pricing by far out of three companies I contacted, saved me $1000 on a new furnace and AC! Steve and his crew were top notch, friendly and very knowledgable. Not only did they get the entire job completed in one day but they cleaned up after themselves unlike some other experiences I've encountered. I would recommend their services to anyone needing some HVAC work done!

Steve, the owner, is very knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. Very responsive too. They installed a system in one of my rentals and there was some icing in the plenum. Steve was able to stop right out and found the old reusable air filter was the issue. Most companies would’ve charged me since it was a month since there install without an issue.

Blew all other quotes out of the water! I was big on affordability but also quality and I got both. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services. The best part was the transparency in pricing, awesome installers, and Steve explaining the systems that they offer. 10/10.

I recently had Collins Cooling and Heating install a new Rheem A/C. Steve provided a competitive quote that was lower than the 3 other companies that I contacted. Many companies refuse to give estimates without visiting the property, but Steve was nice enough to provide an estimate over the phone. Before confirming everything, I emailed him pictures of the existing unit. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The installation crew was friendly and installed the unit in about 4.5 hours.

After having several estimates and being treated pretty poorly by other companies. We are glad we went with Collins Heating and Cooling. Our AC broke during the heat spell we had. They were responsive, and professional. They did everything they promised and more. We had an entire system upgrade with air and heating. The team arrived on time. They were courteous and respectful of our home and space. We highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Collins and his team. I had probably 5 different contractors come and look at my home, and he was the only one who I felt really took the time to explain everything at my level, ask questions about what I am wanting, and making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. He and his team were very courteous to me and my family while they were installing a new AC unit and Heater. At the end, Mr. Collins sat down with my wife and I and talked through how to do the warranty for our new equipment which was very helpful. I really feel that Mr. Collins went above and beyond for my family and charged a fair price for the work. I highly recommend Collins Cooling and Heating. You won't be disappointed.

Steve & his team just did our system a few days ago and we love it! We got a fair quote (better than the other 2 we received), and we really loved talking with Steve personally and hearing his honest opinions and recommendations. The team was clean and efficient, and they went out of their way to install the unit in a different part of our yard so we could make room for our new deck. Highly recommend!

I had an old furnace and a/c replaced with new equipment. Steve went over all my options and explained everything very thoroughly and gave me a decent price. The crew installed everything in about 5 hours and were courteous and friendly. I really like the install they did, it is well done and everything is tidy and professional. First of all, none of the other estimates we got for the project were even close to being competitive to what Collins was able to offer for the cost. Second, we got quality high efficiency products and incredible quality service! I really can not say enough about how great they are! The staff were all so nice, knowledgeable, and they took the time to make sure the job was done right. Also, they made sure that all our questions were answered. Most of all, you can tell the owner, Steve, really cares about making sure the customer is satisfied with everything. I couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase; our house feels so good now! Overall a great experience with Collins. Steve provided a straight forward price that was thousands less than the competition and if you saw the finished product you would agree there is no sacrifice on service or quality. They arrived exactly on time (no window said they would be there at 10:30AM and were). We added air conditioning for the first time to the house and it was a large amount of labor. Couldn't be more satisfied with the new Rheem system, which by the way with the price difference we were able to get a 2 stage 96% efficiency system for 30% less than what others were quoting 80% single stage systems.

I am incredibly happy with the work performed by the team at Collins. Steve came over to give me an estimate. He was able to answer all of my questions I could see his pride in his company and their work. I got a furnace, AC, humidifier, and thermostat installed. This is a massive upgrade so I was extremely nervous about 1) being over charged and 2) being forced into something I don't actually need. Not only was his quote the best price wise but I also felt most comfortable with him and how he described the installation/service process to me. It felt like Collins Cooling and Heating really cared about me and my house as opposed to just wanting to make their money. The work was completed quickly and professionally. They also gave me all of the documentation for the products and told me how to register online to get a longer warranty for free. Everything that they installed works perfectly. I can't recommend this company enough!

UPDATE: a few months after getting it installed, my furnace stopped working. An animal had gotten inside - so it wasn't anything wrong with the furnace or the installation. I called and talked to a real person who had Steve call me back within an hour. He then came over early the next morning and fixed it for me super quickly no charge and told me how to prevent it in the future. 10/10 would recommend

So naturally, our 20+ year old furnace gave out during the polar vortex in mid-January. We had a technician come out, and it was determined it would not be worth the money to fix. I was quoted around 10k for a new unit from one of the big guys. And that was the cheap option! We just don't have that money to spend. So I start shopping around online, and find Collins. I fill out some form online and literally less that 15 minutes later, I'm texting back and forth with Steve. Mind you, this is at 9pm. We're going back and forth, and all of a sudden he says, "alright we can be there at 10am tomorrow." And this was well under half the cost of what I was quoted from the big guys. So tomorrow, came and went, we got a beautiful new Rheem furnace. My family and I go to bed every night in a warm house. Thanks Steve and crew! Really grateful for your quick and very professional service.

We had Collins Cooling & Heating install a new furnace and air conditioning in 2017. Not only were their prices lower than other companies charged for air conditioning only, but Mr. Collin's quote was so fast and the work done was so neat and clean. In this day and age it is rare to find a company that is so ethical, gives back to the community in huge ways and provides excellent workmanship and service. It was not only a good experience, but they will remain memorable to me for helping out in a time of serious need when health issues demanded that we get air conditioning. I recommend this company to anyone wanting top quality, fair prices and genuinely good people.

I can say I had 2 other HVAC quotes and Collins was the most reasonable.
Steve gave some good candid advice and suggestions. I went with Rheem brand which they recommend. After seeing it installed I will say it seems to be some fantastic quality stuff here. BUT they do other brands, it’s just Rheem is what they prefer. Steve gave me a contact for some financing which has turned out to have helped me with other financial needs. Great deal on that front.

The guys came out just shy of 2 weeks later to install my new 95% furnace and 13 SEER rated AC unit. They were cool guys and very professionally. I wanna say they came in at around 1030am and were done by 3pmish. So very fast and showed me the units.
I even got the newest refrigerant (R-454B).

Would absolutely recommend them. I will be calling them for a new water heater when the time comes also.

Excellent. I appreciate the honesty, speed, and cleanliness of the crew. I was looking to replace an ~40 year old system after a tune up technician warned me of a flame roll out on startup of my old unit. The initial company wouldn't quote me for a new unit as they weren't permitted in my area. I had another company come out and quote me about 50% higher than Collins Cooling & Heating for a furnace replacement and install with their lowest end 80% system. Steve was able to set me up with a furnace, chimney liner, and new air conditioner for not much more than the first company was charging for a furnace alone.

His whole crew was knowledgeable, and courteous. Lewis was helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about the new system. I would highly recommend Collin Cooling & Heating to anyone looking for a new system, especially with their upfront fair pricing.

Best price in Cleveland! They say you can't have good, fast, and cheap but Collins delivered on all three. Better work than I've had from companies thousands of dollars more.
