Nick diagnosed our plumbing leak immediately, went to obtain the replacement parts and finished the job in good time, after cleaning up the area around our water heater. While here he also cleaned out a slow faucet so it now works well.

Amazing! I received an email reminder of the appointment. Additionally, I received texts and that Nick was coming. He was courteous and professional. He did an assessment and informed me of the condition and possible needs of my water heater and sump pump. He gave me estimates. He fixed the presenting issue. I highly recommend!

Nick did a great job troubleshooting our CSI water system today. He was able to repair it and get us back on track.

My technician was Nick M. He was very professional got work done and patiently explaining stuff to us. There was a corner of a closet cutout. He actually managed to fit one of the water softeners in there to utilize the space of the utility room. His work was above and impressive!

Nick is amazing when it comes to communication and making sure you understand things. He was very patient with me making sure I understood what needs to be done and his process to complete the job. He was great with his clean up and explaining he did. I will definitely will request Nick in the future!!

Nick M replaced some damaged pipes in this old ranch. He was professional, personable and patient when explaining exactly what he was doing throughout the process. A+ on the communications, overall. I will be asking for him for future projects and will recommend him to neighbors asking about the truck in my driveway this week.

My water heater burst at 9 this morning and by 8 pm my new tankless water heater was in and operational. Thank you Brandon!
Now the electrician just need to install an outlet so I don't need the extension cords, that happens first thing in the morning.

Nick did a fabulous job and was efficient! He told me exactly what needed to be done and completed the work all in a few hours. I had one major gas leak near the hot water tank and replaced part as needed.

I used the live chat feature on their website to ask if they could service the type of heater that I have. The AI chatbot told me they could service it and scheduled an appointment. Later, I receive a call from them saying that they can't service that type of heater. This is why AI customer service is bad.

service was educational and heart breaking. found out my repair was going to be expensive. but I know it will be done right. Eco plumbers always come thru. awesome service.

Eco has been a pleasure to work with. Nick has been doing our recent project and is absolutely fantastic. He’s kind, takes the time to explain everything to us so we understand and even took time to say hello and goodbye to our toddler who was very interested in all Nick was doing.
We are grateful for the work Nick did on our home but even more grateful he made this process smooth as it has been stressful up until this point.

I was a long term customer of Eco. But there are two things that made me very disappointed about there services:
1. I have a membership with them which covers AC and furnace tune up. The guy who came to check on my AC cleaned my AC and told me that since my AC is only 5-6 years old, he would not run tests on it. Then he left. Wait! What?
2. I needed to schedule an appointment for replacing rusty ducts. Someone from Eco called me and gave me a quote ($2500-3000). I called back to set up an appointment in late October. Since then I didn't see appointment confirmation. I called back and he said he would check and make sure the appointment is on the system... still not seeing a confirmation. A few days later, he called me and said someone from Eco needs to take a look of the rusty ducts for detailed information. So I made an appointment with him on 10/15. Since I worked till 6 pm, I asked him if the person could come after 6 pm. He said ok. This time I got the appointment confirmation from 4 pm to 8 pm. I called the dispatch to make sue that they would come after 6 pm. 40 minutes before 6 pm, someone called and said that they need to send someone from the management team for the appointment and asked if I can changed the appointment to next day, 10/16. I was not happy but said ok. I told him that it has to be after 6 pm and the person needs to call me in advance so I can block my dogs out of the place. He said he noted me request. I didn't receive any appointment confirmation. On 10/16, I went home at 6 pm, blocked my dogs, and waited. Nobody called or showed up. At 7:10pm, I called the dispatch to see if the person is coming. The dispatch had no idea and told me that she would dispatch the management team and someone would call me be the end of the night.... The appointment should be between 6 pm - 8 pm. Now she asked me to wait for a phone call by the end of the night. Apparently my appointment was not on their system at all. I texted to the guy who I set up my original appointment. He didn't respond till after 8 pm. He said he would look into it. There was no result from him and nobody from the management team call me during the night.

I was very disappointed with how Eco handled my "invisible" appointments. This is from the management team which should be more responsible than their technicians to their customers. I don't what is going on. But I definitely thought that they didn't take my request seriously. I have been flexible to adjust my schedules with them. If they don't want to take my project, they could have just said so. But they kept giving me round around. I can say that they lost me as a customer.

Here is a follow up about my review. The manager told me that the technician only works in the morning. So my evening appointment is invalid..... Why nobody from Eco told me about this? They just canceled the appointment on their own and made me waited for the whole evening!! Nice management, NOT!

Awesome work by Nick and Fnu, work was excellent , very quickly to get the job done, answered all our questions. Very professional high standard work by eco plumbers. The before and after. Couldn't have done it myself, thanks eco.

ECO and Nick did a great job reworking our plumbing. 67 years of waste caused really bad narrowing of the pipes. Nick came in replaced and cleaned up really pretty quick for as big of a job it was. Very professional at all times.
