Our technician was Jimmy Treboni. He was a friendly, kind, and so helpful. He was an amazing teacher to the gentleman with him this day. Jimmy answered all our questions and explained every thing that was being done at our home. We truly appreciate his work, and the Amanda Plumbing company overall. They have been to our home for several different repairs and are always prompt and courteous.

They were so friendly, so close to my house right off 23, and so professional and quick, that I didnt even consider 2 or 3 quotes, like I normally would have done. Tyler was super great, received texts from their system about arrival time, but even got a personal call from Tyler himself to let me know he was en route, he also went the extra mile or even 2 miles, as I live in another city, and asked if he could move a few things from crawlspace since he was going in there anyways, *no problem*, he said. He even went so far as to help me out by checking our dehumidifier and emptying it before I could revisit, as my family was also out of the country at the time. Cannot say enough good things about Jen, and the office people I met with right at their office, too. All 6 people I met by visiting their office were super friendly, helpful and sincerely wanted to help me out with mom's house after she recently passed away and looked for any deferred maintenance items she may have left behind inadvertently. These people were a huge help in our difficult times. 7 stars * * * * * * *

I recently got to Meet Hayden the owner. And for a business owner as himself and his wife I couldn’t believe how down to earth he was and enjoyed talking with him. I’m a plumbing contractor in another county and I had bought some equipment from him and his company. He even took the time to have a nice 15 minute conversation with me. We really admire their work and in no doubt any work we get in Deleware ( outside of our normal service area) we will be turning to them. He was an awesome guy and I bet an awesome boss and even better customer service representative. What an enjoyable experience all around. Hoping we can stay connected over the years!

Had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe. Called Amanda Plumbing first thing in the morning and they were able to come out and fix it within a few hours of the leak being discovered! Super responsive, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Amanda Plumping.

Amanda Plumbing to the rescue! Woke up to a clogged sink. I ws afraid it was frozen. Called Amanda Plumbing and they were able to fit me in the same day. Aiden arrived and assessed the issue and was able to get the sink unclogged. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I am thankful for the service and the talented plumber. Customer service was great, called back same day and gave up front and fair estimates for cost and time of the job we needed done. Tech came out, resolved the issue quickly, and took a huge weight off our shoulders. Everyone was just really kind and easy to work with, felt so much better than our experience going through some more widely advertised servicers

I have used Amanda Plumbing for about 5 years. They installed my tankless water heater, a new sump pump and fixed a leaky faucet, among other things. Always great service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that explain what they're doing and always clean up after themselves. They are my go-to plumber and I have recommended them to friends.

Wonderful, outstanding service! Amanda worked with me concerning scheduling in the midst of my busy schedule. The two plumbers were so nice and friendly. I could not have had better service. John and Colton were wonderful! Jennifer (in the office) was equally wonderful. I've used Amanda for years at my office and my home and I have never been disappointed. A wonderful, trustworthy company.

Amanda Plumbing always does a terrific job when we need them! We like the personable reception we receive each time we call. They are very thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. In addition, we have to give a HUGE shout-out to Charles!! We ask for Charles every time we call for service. Naturally, he does a great job each time we need him, yet what we honestly appreciate about Charles is his friendliness, kindness, attention to every detail, and his genuine patience! He is also a very attentive listener! That quality is hard to find these days. We think he is absolutely terrific and Amanda Plumbing is fortunate to have him on board.

I absolutely agree with the last review. Five stars is not enough. From start to finish Roger and Colton were professional, courteous and very thorough during the entire project in my home. 5 stars isn't enough. They did work for us replacing an exterior drain from the house to the street. From start to finish it was done well. They are professional, have new tools and well trained staff. Pricing is clear and straight forward from the start.

More recently had them come to fix a new bath install ( from another company) that immediately started leaking. John was great, kind to our little kids, wonderful to have in the house and did great work. Had I known they did bath installs before I never would have had Re Bath ( do not recommend) do the install in the first place. The drywall company they recommended was also 100/10 ( not a typo, I mean 100). we are so grateful for John and Duke for fixing everything so well.

Every employee we have ever met from this place seems to love working there and is obviously treated with respect. A huge shout out to Amanda for running a great company both internally and on the customer facing side.

We have no reason to ever use another plumber.

Alaura handled the scheduling and was fantastic — I could even text her directly, and she responded quickly whether it was Saturday or Sunday. The technicians, Chad and Johnny, arrived right on time yesterday on 12/8/2025 and did excellent work. Both were professional, courteous, and efficient. A special shout‑out to Chad Payne: he was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also incredibly courteous and patient. He took the time to explain each step of the installation, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything before leaving. His professionalism and clear communication gave me complete confidence in the job.

I had a leak in my concession trailer that needed to be fixed ASAP.
I immediately received a call from emergency, plumbing heating and air .
They scheduled an appointment and sent Chris out that evening
He had my problem fixed within two hours at a fair price.
Chris was very knowledgeable, confident and friendly.
I had just recently had back surgery and could not help empty my trailer so he could work in this young man completely emptied my trailer and reloaded everything when he was finished. I cannot recommend this company enough for your plumbing needs.

I had them install a ducted mini split seven months ago. When they initially installed it they left a massive hole in my drywall, they drilled a 2" wide pilot hole in my floor for a vent and then didn't install the vent there, they did not fill in the hole they made to run the set lines, they left sharp metal edges coming out from under the intake vent, and they had to come back out a couple days later because they had installed it wrong and it would not run because it was leaking coolant. When I called them two weekends ago because it was again not running because of a low coolant fault they told me it would cost $419 just to have a technician come out to diagnose what was wrong with it. You can clearly see oil leaking from the suction line flare fitting, meaning the fitting was done incorrectly and that's where it's leaking coolant. The technician from another company that I had look at it also said the duct work was done incorrectly and has come apart and fallen down in a number of places. I did not complain about the damage they caused on the initial install because clearly this is the quality of work you can expect from them and I can fix cosmetic issues myself. I am not qualified to fix the HVAC issues that are plaguing me now. It boggles my mind that they were trying to charge me over $400 just to look at a system that is less than a year old when they admitted they had done the install wrong when they "fixed" the leak the first time.

The techs called ahead of their visit, arrived in the promised window, diagnosed the problem (leaking drain) and fixed it in good time. No concerns with professionalism or skill. Would recommend and use again.

Jimmy Davis and Kobe were great, had to replace hot water heater several months ago and had them return to replace 2 shower cartridges. They are professional good guys, explained everything so there are no surprises, would definitely have them back again when more problems occur.
