Emergency Plumbing Heating and Air installed today a whole house dehumidifier. Nathan and his team arrived on time with phone calls before hand, confirming the job. They began with a careful reading of the installation procedures. All went smoothly. They were deliberate and thorough as they proceeded.
At the completion of their work, Nathan explained the care and maintenance of the whole house dehumidifier. Both men removed all disposable stuff, and cleaned the utility room floor, as is seen in the photos. Nathan was friendly and helpful in explaining the equipment. Their work was a gold standard and the whole house dehumidifier is first rate.

They were 2 hours late. They gave us an estimate of $647 so we got a second opinion. Amanda Plumbing fixed it for $185. But Emergency still charged $97 just for the estimate. A complete rip off. I'm genuinely shocked they're still in business when they're charging 3X what other businesses are charging.

Jacob and Zach did an outstanding job at diagnosing and replacing my worn out, leaking laundry room valve. The water was going into my basement, so I was relieved to find out they could come after 9pm to remedy the problem. I will definitely be using your services again, if needed.

We needed emergency service late on a Sunday night and Seth did a great job handling our frozen sump pump discharge pipe issue.

Ended up replacing the sump pump based on company's suggested 5 year replacement. Seth and Ben were very polite and shared much intellect about product and service. Thank you!

While demoing my bathroom, we found that the turn-off valves under the sink were frozen and couldn't be moved. We had to call someone to come and replace the valves in order to keep the demolition on track.

Kobe and Tracy came to do the work. They were both very professional, friendly, and helpful! They answered any question I had, and gave some advice on how to proceed with putting in two sink lines, as opposed to one.

Professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed of the progress of their work. If I need more plumbing services in the future I would ask for the same technicians that came out this week. Price seemed a little high but the work was professional. (I usually do my own plumbing work but this was a particularly difficult issue. I needed someone with experience and knowledge)

I had them install an outdoor fire pit gas line and the process was quick and painless. They did the job exactly how I wanted it and were easy to work with. I was able to have input on several key parts so I was very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had a fantastic experience. Will definitely be using again and have already referred to family and friends. We have used another popular company and had some not so great experienced so we are thrilled to have found a company that can help us with our future plumbing and furnace needs!

Just outstanding service! Jacob was so professional, kind, and sharp. Really knew what he was doing. He was an excellent communicator too, called me several times throughout the day to update me on everything. He even offered a senior discount for my father before I even had to ask. We are so happy with the price and the work that was done. I especially loved the Before & After pictures that were emailed with the invoice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I received exceptional service from Luis & Andrew to repair the PCV leak above my water heaters. Any type of water leak makes me very anxious and it had worsened from an occasional drip to a steady pinpoint spray. I had visions of the pipe breaking & water flooding the furnace area- I could not figure out where to turn the water off at!. I was so grateful to the schedulers for getting the appt. made quickly! Andrew showed me the photos of where the leak was and I request both pipes to be replaced, to prevent another leak. This service team worked efficiently & got everything cleaned up before they left. Andrew went out of his way to answer my questions about water heater maintenance. Cory and Kyle did a great job unclogging our dishwasher line after it wouldn’t drain. While flushing the drain line, they discovered and fixed a corroded pipe that would have caused us a bigger problem in the future. Next time we have a plumbing problem I will definitely be calling Emergency Plumbing.

Called for water heater service 10/27/25, was told service call and diagnosis was $97. If service was performed the $97 charge would credited to the work. Technicians onsite for 10 minutes and said that they were pretty confident they'd identified the problem but had to call "tech support" to confirm. I was told the call with tech support "could be 5 min, 15 min an hour or 3 hours depending on how busy they were". Was then told I would have to pay for the time on the phone with tech support at rate of $231 per hour. I felt this was ridiculous and considered moving forward with the repair since the tech was pretty confident he had identified the problem but when he told me the cost of the repair would be $631 I decided to have him make the call to confirm. From the time I hung up the phone until he called me back to confirm the problem it was 22 minutes, EPHA intended to charge me a full $231, after complaining they did discount it by $63 (not sure how they came up with that amount) but I feel like the charge to call "tech support" and the fact that it could be anywhere from 5 min to 3 hours "depending on how busy they are" is not something the customer should be responsible for, we agreed to a 97$ service and diagnosis call, this seems egregious. For the record I did call in to the office and asked to speak with a field service supervisor to discuss this issue before posting a review and never received a call back. Buyer beware...

my furnace was not work on a Friday night. I called Emergency Plumbing. Shawn arrived at my residence shortly thereafter and fixed the problem. I had a maintenance agreement with another company. I called them first, no one on call for the weekend. I signed up for Emergency maintenance plan. Thanks to Shawn and will request him for future service calls.

Emergency Plumbing and Heating was very responsive for my service call and was very good about keeping me updated when running behind. Needed a quick fix another day and was not charged. Would use again and recommend.

Emergency installed the fixtures in my new bathroom remodel. The entire team was extremely efficient and professional. Can't say enough about both Jonathan and Jacob. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and would certainly recommend the company to my friends.
