Aidan from Amanda Plumbing (Delaware, Ohio) rebuilt one flush toilet and replaced a cartridge for three sink faucets that were leaking or unable to be shut off. Aidan was pleasant, worked efficiently, and respected our house and its furnishings. He presented firm cost estimates before proceeding. Result: the toilet and sinks all seem to be working perfectly. We are extremely pleased and will specifically request Aidan next time.

Amanda Plumbing, a woman owned company, responded quickly to my call and listened closely to my questions. I had a decent quote for a premier replacement sump pump system. They sent a bio of their tech before his arrival. The tech also called me with his estimated arrival time. Amanda Plumbing has great communication with clients. All-round great experience with Amanda Plumbing in un-clogging our residential sewer line.
The receptionist quickly returned my call and scheduled technicians to arrive that same morning. The technicians, Charles and Jake, did a great job clearing the sewer line using a hydro-jet system. The distance from the clean-out to the sewer main is relatively long, over 200', and they accessed the sewer main connection point to be certain the hydro-jet hose cleared the entire line. (Several years ago, when we had a similar blockage, Roto Rooter had snaked the line, but their snake was only about 100' long, less than half the length of the pipe.) Charles and Jake called me prior to arrival, explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions, and completed the entire process in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend them.

Called on a Saturday night and they got back to me in about an hour. It was a non-emergency, we scheduled for Monday afternoon. They were here on time and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Reasonable price. I recommend.

I was having installation of bathroom flooring but installer had trouble removing toilets. Amanda Plumbing came right over the same day to help out. This was my second service from Amanda and I certainly will call them if needed again! So professional. So genuinely nice to deal with!

The service guys are polite, use clean language, patient, answer questions and more. They are very responsive in service times and attention. You may not pay the "cheapest rate" out there, but do you really want cheap work done on your home? We also appreciate the text, bios and pictures of exactly which techs are coming to the home. Yes, they drive a well marked, branded van. But that extra level of safety confirmation makes you feel good about who's entering your home.

We had a cold water line on an exterior wall burst during the recent cold weather. Another plumber fixed one section, but misidentified another leak and left us without cold water to our shower. Amanda plumbing was available the next day and got us fixed up quickly! I was very pleased with their work, communication, and the price.

We had a wonderful experience with Amanda Plumbing! From our initial estimate to the actual work, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We turned a 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bathroom as well as relocated our laundry room upstairs. Our house is older and they were able to work within the limited space we have as well as make some helpful suggestions. We found water under our kitchen sink and on the bottom of our old garbage disposal. Amanda Plumbing scheduled a plumber for the next day and gave an estimate to replace the disposal. Plumber did a thorough inspection, confirmed our guess that the old disposal failed and replaced it with a new one he had on his truck. He even gave many tips on maintaining the new disposal so it might have a long life. I also like how quickly service was available.
