E. H. Roberts installed our heating and air conditioning system 2 years ago. We had 3 estimates and theirs was not the lowest. However, we were impressed with the sales person’s knowledge and professionalism and decided to go with them. They actually matched the low offer. We are happy with the installation and the performance of the new system. We are also impressed with the service personnel who perform the regular tune-ups. This is a quality company.

Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job maintaining the furnace and water heater. Answered all my questions. They have installed my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Over the past 3 years, there have been a few different technicians here and each has been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. As a bonus, they don't mind my two friendly dogs. The office staff is excellent as well. They are quick to follow up on any question I might have. I highly recommend this company.

I am on a maintenence plan with E.H Roberts they come out twice a year to service the furance and air conditioning it's always a pleasant experience with their tech Dylan. Everyone that I have had contact with have been helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

I would not allow anyone in my house if I were not at home but I trust these guys enough that I certainly would. They are the absolute best. Reasonable and they keep everything clean. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or air conditioning.

Very nice professional people that do their service .They used to have a problem of not keeping appointments ,But they have corrected that issue. and they do quality work. I have no complaints. My only concern is they don't carry the R22 Freon for older systems. Being a senior on fixed income I really don't want to have to buy a new air conditioner.

Had eh Roberts for many years, this is my second furnace and air conditioner in 30 years, due for another soon, and will use them again, have yearly maintenance plan and r very satisfied, they take care of my equiptment

I cannot say enough great things about E H Robert’s and the technician Dan that maintained my furnace. Dan is professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He keeps things running like a charm! Also, with the maintenance package, I do not have to pay a dime for maintenance plus I get a discount if any parts are needed.

We have been members of the subscription service at EH Roberts for years and they have kept our HVAC systems in great shape. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company for heating and cooling service.

I had this company put in a new furnace for me and it went very well! So when my AC went out...I gave them a call. Well, as great as that went, having them quote for fix my AC went that wrong.

I understood that it is very hot! Knowing I would be lucky if they could fix right away. Their tech came out next day... said I needed a new filter.... and my condensing unit was very dirty. He replaced the filter and said he cleaned my outside unit. He also said that I needed a couple pounds of Freon at $79.00 a pound. Once he started to charge it, the compressor was failing. Diagnosis was we needed a new compressor. Total cost to come out and "clean" my unit was around $200.00.

After a few emails back and fourth, they sent me a quote. $6,800 for a new compressor!!! You can get an entire new unit for that much! I knew right away they were price gouging because of 90 degree heat! Moreover, they said it would take 2 weeks to fix... which that part is understandable. It is hot out and units are failing.

My family and I used to own a very large ice company in the area. I was not a HVAC man... but my brother and nephew were and fixed all our units. I told them the story and they came out of retirement to help me out.

So cost of materials... 20 Pound of Freon was $300.00 (remember above they billed $79.00 pound.. that is a 81% mark up. New compressor was $1,400.00. It took us 4 hours to swap out the unit. In all, we felt the quote should of been at most... $4,000.... but $6.8K..... WOW!

On top of that... the cleaning I paid for with their guy... he only washed the outside of the coil... we pulled the top off and it was full of debris! Which could have cause the compressor to blow when he charged it!

We are all in business to make money! I get that as I have been in business my entire life... but this quote was opportunistic and dishonorable. I thought I found a company would take care of my needs... I will never call them again.

I’ve used E.H. Roberts for my heating and cooling maintenance, and they never disappoint. They are always on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. On this visit, I had a newer technician who was both very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was running smoothly. I really appreciate the consistency, friendliness, and expertise of this company. I wouldn’t trust my system with anyone else!
