I have been dealing with E H Roberts for many years thy are a Quality company there workers are alway kind and courteous I never feel like when I asked a question that I’m bothering them

The annual maintenance to the HVAV and Heating system is essential and EH Roberts is always thorough and the service personnel always kind and efficient.

Be careful with what you ask for on initial call, They will lie to you and do anything to get your money. And will show no remorse when you call them and complain about what they did.

Your reply is a joke. Your representative told me I called in about duct cleaning. When I called and complained. Why are you lying to the world?? I have the call recorded

Spent several thousand dollars to install brand new unit and AC. Within 10 months of install and only really two to three months of cold weather the furnace starts tripping codes and is leaking water.. when I contacted them to service it I was told I would need to pay a service fee. How could you ask for a service fee on a unit that’s barely been run? People expect things to work when you pay a premium. Today’s market people don’t have extra money just laying around. Very disappointing.

The technicians at E.H. Roberts have always been amazing to work with. They take the time to explain everything to me and keep me updated on what they are doing. I highly recommend E.H. Roberts.

I called and left a message on 10/31/25 about my water heater going out. I finally heard back from them today (11/6/25) and the message they left basically stated that it sucks to be me. Sorry.
I'm certainly glad there are other plumbers in the area who were able to fix my hot water issue the same day. I guess this company doesn't care if you have hot water. I will certainly be passing along this tidbit to my neighbors who always ask me for recommendations in the area.

I had been trying with another HVAC provider for some time to get some work done and it never seemed to happen. I called EH Roberts and they were there in two days for an estimate and the job was done in less than two weeks. I inspected it personally and a quality job was done. Their responsiveness was superb. The woman clerk was constantly in contact with me to schedule the job.

We just purchased a condo in Huron, Ohio. The previous owner had EH Roberts maintaining the HVAC system and the hot water tank for many years. We continued the service. We pay a monthly charge for a serviceman to come out twice a year and check the heating, air conditioning and hot water tank. The serviceman came out as scheduled and spent two and one half hours checking the heating, air conditioning and the hot water tank. This serviceman had been maintaining our equipment for about the last 18 years. He was very thorough and professional and explained everything to us. All of the equipment checked out fine. We would highly recommend this company based on the service we received.

I had EH Roberts install a furnace for me and do duct cleaning. Every step of the process was great. They showed up on time. Very respectful of me and my property. Even the lady I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. My mom recommended them to me. In fact, she said not to even bother calling anyone else. So I didn't, and I must say that had I called any other company, it would have probably been a waste of both their time and mine.

Had a HVAC heat pump/ac system installed by EH Roberts in 2002 in a home with only baseboard heat and no ductwork or ac. Have been with them ever since. Never tried to sell me anything that was not actually needed. Now on our second system with them (Bryant) and no complaints. Have the twice-yearly service plan which is (in my opinion) a bargain. Chris, who usually come out, is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend them.

They called set up a time and then called again asking if it would be alright if the serviceman was two hours early. Dustin was the service man, very knowledgeable and very informative. I having worked for a furnace company was very comfortable with his explinations and throughness of his work. He kept me well informed of what he was doing. It was a systems check for winter. I can assure you he knew what was going on and made a couple of corrections for improved heating. I am very confident with this company and will have them back should the need arise, although with my knowledge of what he was doing I am confident that I will have a warm and comfortable winter.

Samuel Yeaman did a fantastic job on my water heater. He had to make some modifications and they look great and it's working great! He was very thorough and explained everything well. Thank you!

I have had Service Experts install my heater, AC and water heater. Did a great job and very professional and clean. Dustin has been doing my maintenance service for the past 2 years and he is always efficient and explains everything.

They came out to help me figure out why my furnace wouldn't kick on despite it being quite cold outside. Dwayne and Randy were in and out in 30 minutes, identified the problem and fixed it for us with no fuss. They were marvelous. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Randall and Jeff were my service technicians today these guys were very thorough and informative with information that was pertaining to the service that I needed. The work I received was quick and sufficient. They provided me with information on set up with the materials, and also a maintenance program that would be beneficial to the proper use of my furnace thank you guys for a job well done.
