Brad and his team did an amazing job with my flower beds. Given that we removed a deck and added a patio he really saw what I had in mind.
Simple flowers and bushes to take care of and new stone edging to make it easy to mow. Even when I asked for a couple things to be done they said sure with a smile. From the beginning discussion to the day to do the work he kept me informed at every step. Now my yard is the envy of my neighborhood. Thank you for making my dream yard a reality.

I have been a loyal customer of Northwest Appliance for over 25 years. I waited for 3 days for this appointment - then 4 hrs glued to my home and phone - I missed the technicians call who said he was on his way by 5 minutes as I used the bathroom at this time. When I called back within 5 min the technician went to another call - that was at 2:45- now it’s 4:27 and they want to tell me the technician is on their way - I guess it’s not a 4 hr window but 5 or? And then they don’t consider this THEIR problem - I apparently was the problem . Had there been a sincere apology - or they could fit me in the next day- I’d feel better about them - but no- it’s back to the back of the line- 3-4 more days - my time is valuable too - if you need yo answer their call immediately they should advise you of this- though I think it’s rather ridiculous that 5 min and they blew me off. I’m done.

They offer quick and complete service. My refrigerator door got damaged when they repaired the microwave. It really took some work on their part to get a new door for the fridge but they persisted and came through! They were responsive to us through the whole process. I will use them again and would recommend them!

My dishwasher stopped working, I called Northwest Appliance and they came out the next business day. They didn't try to upsell me, or do unnecessary work, they found the problem and fixed it, and let me know about a few things to keep an eye on. Very friendly and helpful staff - I will absolutely use them again.

Had a noisy dryer with a bad bearing. Prompt scheduling, came and had all the parts needed and fixed the dryer quickly. Even replaced a cord to make the adapter I bought not needed. Was transparent about pricing, and what they fixed. Definitely would use them again!

Our washer had stopped spinning. We called on a Monday and was told Chris could come Thursday between 12:00-4:30. Chris came Thursday at 1:10 PM. He quickly identified the issue was with the coupler and had the correct replacement in his truck. In 30 minutes, he was able to identify and fix the issue. We now have a working washer for a very reasonable price - thank you, Northwest Appliance!

These guys did an amazing job. They came in and quickly realized that my washing machine was toast, instead of leaving it at that, the repair man spent about half an hour telling me what kind of washer I should buy and why. He didn't have to do that at all, and I was very grateful. Will definitely be using them again.

Chris came out on the same day that I called so I was very happy with the quick response. Unfortunately my fridge was beyond repair but he was informative, professional and friendly. Thank you Chris!

I wish I could give them more than five stars! Our washer was less than 2 years old and already had issues. Northwest came out that same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and made the repair in a very timely manner. The problem proved to be more difficult to resolve than initially thought, but thankfully Brad was up for the challenge and our washer works better than ever. Very happy with the honesty and responsiveness of this company, and will definitely use them again for any future issues!

I called Northwest appliance recently. They were able to get me in within a few days from a cancellation they had, but the wait would have been less than a week even if that had not happened. My dryer stopped drying my clothes. It's 12 years old and Northwest appliance did a maintenance on it 6 years ago. I've referred many of my customers to them and they've helped out several people in my own family in the past. I think they should be more clear about the $99 service fee for their appointments but I've done business with them in the past and I read the other reviews so I was well aware of the fee. Chris has been with the company for many many years and was in fact the same guy who fixed the dryer the last time. He called exactly when I expected and was on time based on his estimated arrival. He had no problem letting me hover over the work area and observe him on what he was doing and he explained everything as I asked about different parts. For less than a third of the cost of a new dryer, I'm back up and running with full confidence. I highly recommend Northwest appliance for any appliance needs in the kitchen or laundry.

We have used Northwest Appliance several times and have always been pleased. The people are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

I think it’s a fine operation, but I am having a problem with our LG dryer and it’s a bit of a mystery. I told Jesse at NW Appliances that I have already had one gentleman out that couldn’t fix it but he assured me that even though they’re not LG certified, they will get to the bottom of it. Well, Chris did a good job yet still couldn’t figure out what the problem is. The only answer is to just order all new parts more than the cost of the unit. For $99, I have paid for zero progress.

Our home warranty company scheduled us with Northwest. The technician called 20 minutes out, was prompt and efficient, called the warranty rep on speakerphone to keep me in the know, and carefully detailed all aspects of the cost. He quickly found and installed the necessary part, all while answering my own questions for future oven care. He also kindly engaged with my homeschooling children. I would call them directly even if we did not have a warranty.

chris was great fixing our washer. He found the problem super quick & was able to fix it and walked me through what he did. He made sure to test it out with me watching to see it was done.

He answered general questions and also explained clicking noise that we forgot to ask about. He explained what he was doing, provided estimate, and was able to work with annoying dog barking. Really appreciated the call that he was on his way.

Our rental company sent Chris from Northwest Appliance to fix our clothes washer. He came out twice, once to evaluate the issue and another time to fix it after the part arrived. Both times, he called to let me know he was coming and arrived in the window he was scheduled. He was professional and completed the work quickly while fielding questions from my curious son. Would highly recommend!

Our refrigerator was leaking on an intermittent basis for a year and a half. We had called a couple of places who told us that if it wasn’t actively leaking when they came out then they couldn’t help. When we called Northwest,they didn’t tell us that. We got an appointment in 2 days. When we told Chris was the issue was he knew exactly what the problem was. He knew how to fix. We would definitely recommend and use again.

They answered the phone the first time I called. He knew what was wrong with my dryer when I described the problem and was able to give me a quote over the phone. The repairman was able to come out quickly. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the dryer and was honest about what was wrong and gave me options. Very good service!
