Romanoff customer service is good in general, but they don’t immediately answer calls. It goes to VM always.

No one answers the phone and when someone did they realized they picked up by accident and then hung up without saying anything.

Cannot be trusted!! Don’t do it! Guys working for them you wouldn’t want to even know where you live yet alone come into your home. HR VP name Heather that doesn’t care how the employees conduct themselves. All around just awful.

Hired Romanoff to install light fixtures, a ceiling fan and various other projects for our brand new condo. Kurt from their team arrived early and was extremely professional and helpful. He made some suggestions to make things more effective; then allowed us to run to Lowe's and get some extra assessories. I would hesitate to recommend them.

After getting an initial diagnosis from a different company and an estimate of $7300-$8400 (with a veteran discount), we called Romanoff to get a second opinion. We really didn’t want a full replacement unless it was needed because we’re looking to move in a year or so (which I explained to the other company multiple times). John from Romanoff came out and got things working in 20 minutes. He’s ordering the other parts and will be back out to complete the job. John even told me that some parts didn’t really need to be replaced, but if I chose to have some new components he would order those too.

The other company left us without AC the past few days to pressure the sale of an entire system, and even wanted me to replace my inside heat/air handler system that is only three years old.

If you want results instead of pressure sales, call Romanoff first.
