Recommended by a longtime customer. Have used since 2019 for service on several appliances. Techs Chris and Brad are always prompt, courteous and professional, and are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the likely cause(s) of problems, and to cover cost, pros and cons of repair options -- all in layman terms and with zero pressure.

Northwest Appliance and Brad were great. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and Brad showed up at my door at the promised time.

Brad asked what we were experiencing with the refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the situation and told me what it take to resolve it. The part was not carried on the truck and would require a follow-up visit.

Brad showed up on time for the follow-up and quickly installed the part. The fridge is now coolng expected.

When we made the initial call to Northwest Appliance, we wanted to have an honest conversation about "fixing" or replacing the fridge and that is exactly what occurred. This is not first time we've recieved this kind of service from Northwest but it is why we don't hesitate to call them back.

Outstanding experience! Everyone i interacted with was so pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They were able to come to my home in a timely fashion, and Chris couldn’t have been any nicer. He had my dryer back in business quickly, and cleaned everything up before he left.

We were experiencing issues with our dryer vibrating heavily. We were able to seamlessly schedule an appointment over the phone. Technician Brad arrived promptly. He was very professional, communicative and able to fix the problem within 15 minutes. We have always had great experiences with this company and would highly recommend.

Chris from Northwest Appliance was on time and very efficient. He identified the problem immediately with our Frigidare freezer and resolved it quickly. He was kind to answer any questions we had and completely cleaned up the work area when he was done working.

I've had Northwest Appliance come out to my house for a couple repairs: leaky washing machine, and bad igniter on my gas stove. Chris was the field tech assigned both times. Super knowledgable guy who takes pride in his work, and was able to affect a repair both times. These were both repairs through a home warranty claim, so he was able to communicate with them, and wasn't afraid to advocate for me when the warranty company wanted to push back a bit. Northwest's office staff are also good folks- scheduling was easy, and they kept me apprised of dates, etc. Good local company.

Unprofessional and rude. Had to file a police report and report them to BBB. Threatened me by calling me and saying “I know where you live” then proceeded to insult me by saying I’m “an entitled millennial” …. Which I’m not…. Would never recommend this company and I didn’t even have them in my house…. Yikes

DId quick and great work as usual. We are back up and running. It just took almost a week to hear back from them and get the work scheduled.

Northwest Appliance is fantastic! They are reasonably priced, timely, and honest. The honesty about how I should handle my appliance problem was refreshing. They had just assisted with one appliance, which they did an excellent job with, when a different one failed. They spent time assisting and advising me with what the best use of my money would be. They will be my go to for all appliance repairs in the future and I highly recommend them to all.

We called NORTHWEST APPLIANCE the first thing in the morning, because we had used them before and were very satisfied with the service and price. Not only did they understand our predicament of no refrigerator and no food, but they fit us into their schedule for today. Nick came right on time to our appointment and was extremely knowledgeable of our particular unit, which he shared willingly with us. He tested several things then gave us the best case option, which worked well! In about an hour we were back in business. The price was also very equitable and relieved our fears of having to purchase a new refrigerator. NORTHWEST APPLIANCE will be our first GO TO if need be, and we recommend them to all Central Ohio homeowners who need appliance services.
