So it's Sunday almost midnight zero degrees out Called and asked if a tech come out because I think my ignitor went out I told him I had 5 blinking lights he told me to look at the back of the panel and tell him what the 5 blinking lights meant I told him sent him a picture of my furnace he had me push in this button and it started back up I asked him how much I owe him and he says nothing I would recommend him so I added his contact information to use him from now on for any heating problems

Blower stopped working called on Sunday was here in 20 minutes had part on truck replaced it and back to having heat thank you thank you. 11/20/2016 South Toledo.

I'll update this after my service is done. Very impressed so far. Left a message with the office, he called me back within about 2 minutes of my message.

AC broke yesterday. I made the call today and he happened to be close by. Fixed and running in about 15 minutes or less. Highly recommended!

Charged 80 dollars did not find anything. Called a competitor who actually opened the furnace and immediately found the part that was leaking and fixed the issue.

Edit: I was present with tech while In the basement and he did not open the furnace at all.

Our A/C shut down on a 90 degree Sunday and they came out within 20-30 minutes, replaced a part and had us up and running. Fast, courteous and locally owned !
