Let me first off say this is hands down the best company I have used for any repair. Dave and his crew got my leak repair fixed in about 2 hours and didn't gouge me on any price. This was the best money I have spent in a long time!

Super impressed, Dave took my call on a Saturday and was able to give me information over the phone to diagnose a much more simple issue than a slab leak. Even had a good sense of humor about it! I couldn't be more impressed.

I live in Stillwater. I was told by 2 different plumbers (one Stillwater, one OKC) that I had a slab leak. The Stillwater plumber does not do slab leaks so I had to go out of town. A plumber from OKC came up to find the leak and give me an estimate. He said it was definitely a slab leak (he used NO equipment to find the “leak”), went back to OKC and called with estimates of $3,500 or $4,600 depending on the method they used. I called Pipe Down and told Dave the estimates I had received. He said the quotes were very unreasonable, and gave me an idea of what costs should run. Dave came out as soon as possible to not only find the leak but fix it. HOWEVER he immediately found the leak was NOT IN THE SLAB, but in one toilet. I just needed a new toilet valve and plunger. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING even though he had driven from Edmond!!!

Could not be more disappointed. It truly irritates me when companies take advantage of people. Paid pipe down to come out to locate a slab leak that was identified by a licenced plumber. Pipe down claimed after a whole 15 minutes of looking the leak was coming from the toilet and that the angle stop was loose on the wall that the tank to bowl gasket on the toilet was bad and leaking and it was also seeping past the wax ring, collected their money and took off, all of these things had been meticulously checked by myself, my staff and the plumber. Upon further investigation after there "inspection" We discovered after they left that bolts that had been check and inspected by staff and a plumber to the tank that was previously tight where now barely hanging on to the base of the tank , I contacted again to tell them that they 110% did not locate the leak as paid for and we still had water coming in I was told to give it another day or two and when I argued that would do nothing I was told "Well sweetheart how a toilet works" absolutely unprofessional for a businessman to address his customer in that manor. After we were forced to hire another company to detect they indeed did find a slab leak that took several hours to repair. I hope he enjoys the money he made off us but word of mouth is absolutely priceless.

Awesome!!!! Fixed a leak in our slab quickly and efficiently. The leak was fairly far down under our kitchen. They only had to take out ONE tile! I was amazed. He showed me the pipe that looked like a small hole in it that was a huge problem for us. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I have to say I was blown away by them finding such a tiny leak so far down. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend them.
