My plumbing company subs work out to HELP almost every time. Wont change! Accurate and Honest. Very nice people.

I would give Richard and this company a zero if I could. Richard's leak detection was way off and we paid him $350 for nothing!

My elderly mother called them and they came to her house to find a leak in the front yard and painted an X over it, all of which took 20 minutes at the absolute most, then told her she needs to call a plumber (actually referred her to a specific one btw 🙄) TOTAL COST: $325

Used them for detection on a slab leak. Brett was able to come out the day after calling, was knowledgeable, explained the process and what to expect after finding the leak which was helpful. He dealt directly with the plumbers so we didn’t have to relay information. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Ryan came and found the teeny tiny leak under our slab. He even communicated with our plumber where the leak was and a few other things he found for the plumber to address. He was kind and explained everything. No surprises. Was very pleased!

Best company I've ever used when it comes to locating leaks underneath the concrete slab of a house. They give a flat rate price you know what the cost is going to be before they start the job. I've used other companies and sometimes the price has tripled by the time they find the leak. Help services is very compassionate and helpful and they are great communicators. Highly recommend them

Big shout out to Ryan with help services, I am a HVAC contractor i know when someone in the construction field is good. They are great, very honest, work hard, knowledgeable, great customer service. If you have a leak you need detected i promise they are the right company. Wish more people where honest like this ! Im not going to go on and on about how good they treated me, see for yourself. He obviously knew his stuff and was able to diagnose and fix several of my plumbing issues in a matter of minutes. Competitive pricing. I would recommend this service and technician again!

We used Plumbtastic Solutions yesterday (11/22/19) and I was glad I called. Zach was very professional and courteous and I thought he went the extra mile for us. We had issues with both of our hot water heaters. One was leaking severely and the other wasn't heating. Zach found the leak and replaced the valve from PVC pipe to a high pressure hose, similar to what they're putting in houses now. While he was working on the 2nd water heater, the sediment in the bottom of the hot water heater caused so much pressure build up that it blew a hole in the high pressure hose. Water and sediment went every. Zach quickly took care of the issue, called one of his workers to bring him a brass valve. He replaced the valve and completely cleaned up the entire mess. Finished working on the other hot water heater. Spent a total of 4 1/2 hours troubleshooting and fixing our issues. Received a call this morning from Zach and he stated he was in the area and wanted to stop by and check on both water heaters to make sure everything was still good! Great customer service! His price he charged was very reasonable and I would highly recommend calling Plumbtastic Solutions and ask for Zach!

Plumbtastic Solutions came out on a weekend. They were clean, professional, and courteous. They wasted no time on our water line, they had the repair done within an hour, did an awesome clean up job, and had my water back on and running.
Awesome service, will be using Plumbtastic Solutions for any future plumbing issues.

I randomly picked Plumbtastic from my Around Me app when all our water lines backed up today (Saturday 10:50). I would highly recommend this company for quick response time, efficiency, knowledge, courteousness, and a very fair price (much lower than what we had expected for an emergency weekend call). By 12:30, our busy lives were back on track - thanks to Plumbtastic!
