Zach and Laura installed a gas line for my fire pit. As always, they were dependable, personable, and professional. They are my go to for any and every service they provide. I definitely give them 5 stars!! Thanks for a great experience.

Zack and Mark have both worked on my plumbing. They do great work and are so fair. Today, I had what I thought was another leak where they had done a repair, and Mark came out and helped me figure out the actual cause which was something I was doing that caused the issue. Mark didn’t charge me even know he came out to my house and that took his time. Zack the owner, did a big job for me, digging up a underground pipe in the front yard and fixing it. He also changed its orientation to make sure there wouldn’t be future problems. They gave me a warranty on the work they did. They are honest and even with all that the large job required (getting the city out, electric mapping, renting a bulldozer, etc.) they did that job in 3 days. In the mean time before they could get started, any clog I had, day or night, they came out and unclogged the clean out valve and got it working again. I will definitely use them again! First time I have found a good honest plumber! They have even taught me how to do some stuff myself. They could have made more money off me but instead taught me how to fix a clog and how the clean out drain works. Just an outstanding company and great guys!

Zach and his crew were at my house right on time this morning. They were courteous, professional, and explained everything that they were doing when I had questions. Everything that they touched was put back exactly how it was before they touched it. They had the working area cleaned up before they left. The work that they did looked awesome. A great plumbing business experience. Reasonably quick appointments, professional opinions, and most importantly, options for solutions! Mark and Cade quickly diagnosed a hot water slab leak for me, told me how to get through until they could repair it, gave options for repair with flat costs, kept me informed with what they were finding, and then repaired the leak much faster than I anticipated. After 3 total visits now from Plumbtastic, I’m really satisfied with their service and professionalism. Well worth the cost!

Josh with Plumbtastic was fast and professional. He was very knowledgeable and helped prevent us from being scammed by another company. When I called I spoke with Laura and she was very wonderful helping us quickly. She was very positive and helpful. This will be our go to company. They worked us in on an emergency situation and we are grateful.

Josh from Plumbtastic was phenomenal. Professional, courteous, and efficient, he showed up on time and went above and beyond. He also did a check on our water treatment system and confirmed everything was operational and working as it should. Kudos to Plumbtastic and your great staff!

UPDATE: Needed Zack to put a cut-off valve on a gas line connected to my dryer. I called Laura and within a few days, Zack was at my house and not only took care of the gas line, but moved out my old dryer and brought in the new dryer. Zack is always going above and beyond for his clients! Plumbtastic Solutions is the plumbing company to call! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

UPDATE: Needed Zack again and he was prompt, thorough, honest and got the job done. We have used Zack and Plumbtastic Solutions ever since he first started his plumbing business. He never lets us down!!!

We’ve been having some funky smells for the longest time. Decided to find a plumber, and we’re very grateful that we found Plumbtastic Solutions. After diagnosing our house, he felt a thorough drain and p-trap cleaning would take care of the problem. He took care of it professionally, quickly, with great results! I would definitely recommend.

I have worked with a bunch of plumbing companies throughout my career, dealing with commercial buildings. I haven’t ever experienced really terrible service but I just thought they were all about the same. Some good, some bad.

While dealing with an issue, I gave one of those companies a call and they actually referred me to Plumbtastic.

I quickly realized they are not all the same. The level of service, easy communication, and price, puts Plumbtastic at another level. You can rely on them to do what they say. They arrive when they say they’re gonna arrive and don’t add services or change any plans without speaking to you first.

Zach and Laura make an amazing synergistic team and have been invaluable in rehabilitating the 77 year old plumbing in my son's post war (1948) house, and will continue to be (we're not done yet!)
Laura keeps them organized and on schedule, completely understands the complexities of the job and the business and her estimates are always accurate. Excellent communicator. Not afraid to wield a shovel either.
