Only needed them to snake my skimmer line in my pool. Told us one price on the phone, told us $250 when they got here. Finally negotiated it down to $150 and then he told me that if I wanted him to do it I was going to have to sign a liability waiver so if he busted the pipe we were liable. If that’s the case then what’s the purpose of hiring a licensed plumber. After telling him I wouldn’t sign that he charged me $40 for coming out and telling me he couldn’t do the job. These people are the reason plumbers get bad reputations! Oh and also told me they were on their way and showed up over 3 hrs later. If I could give less than one star I would.

Caleb was our technician. He was pleasant, hard working and detail oriented. I enjoyed his manner and expertise. Learned a lot about PEX!

Had Pipedoctor through my home warranty when I had no water in my bathtub. They misdiagnosed the problem and gave incorrect information to the warranty people. I ended up paying a plumber to fix the problem that should have been covered by my warranty. Warranty company refused to pay as it wasn’t their plumber. A catch 22! Pick another plumber that knows what they’re doing.

First we had a different plumbing company come give and estimate on a leak under the house -- this other company wanted to rip out our kitchen floor, and didn't have a subcontractor to fix the giant hole they said they needed to make. THEN I CALLED PIPE DOCTORS THANK GOD -- Brian Owens didn't need to rip up anything! He wasn't afraid to get under the house and get dirty. Got it fixed in a few hours and was so nice. PIPE DOCTORS IS THE ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY I WILL EVER CALL!!!

Pipe Doctors called me within minutes after submitting a project on Homeadviser to set up an apt. I was impressed. Homer did the work and was very pleasant, respectful, efficient and cleaned the work area completely. I highly recommend this company.

Brian Owens came out to clear a clog in our sewer pipe that had been making our lives miserable for a while now. We didn’t know if we had a clean out access to the sewer, so the quote included installing one. Turns out, Brian was able to locate it, (in an odd place,) so our bill was less than half of the original quote! Brian was also very professional and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Also gave me some recommendations to avoid having this issue in the future! Will definitely recommend Pipe Doctors to anyone having plumbing problems.

Brian from Pipe Doctors Edmond came out on a Saturday afternoon right after the ice storm to evaluate our clogged main sewer issues. He initially could not locate the back flow/clean out pipes in the backyard because they were not visible above ground. He said he would return Sunday morning with his camera and find them. He isolated them to an area under the concrete back patio. We did not believe they were there because when we bought the house there was a large flower pot in that area. We pulled the plants and concreted over the dirt because nothing was visible to us. Brian broke up the concrete and started digging away the dirt. He eventually found The backflow and clean out pipes about 3 feet underground. He worked hard and was able to find and fix the clogged problem. He elevated everything to just a couple inches below ground level and filled the rest of hole back in. He spent the entire day on Sunday fixing our problems and had us good to go before he left. We still cannot thank Brian enough for fixing our clogged sewer on Sunday 👍👍

Jason was very friendly and efficient. He came in and do gured out the issue quickly. We were the last appointment of the day so he said he would return the next day with the parts he needed. I was nervous it would be a few days before the issue got fixed but he was back the next day, in the timeframe he told me he would return and quickly fixed the problem within the hour. He included me in the process showed me the issues and explained what he was repairing and how. He even took the time to clean everything up and recommended a product to help kill anything from the moisture and removed the smell. I highly recommend him and will ask for him again.

Had to get a sewer line replaced. Brian was professional, up front, honest,
sharp, and did quality work. I got the best possible outcome with pipe doctors, and got my line replaced asap, which was a huge relief. Would recommend.

Brian was awesome. He listened to our problems and then gave us his opinion of options we could do. Very professional, personable, and honest! He didn’t give up after the first attempt, kept trying three different times. Eventually he was able to clear the pipe. He even clean our skylight! Saved us thousands of dollars.

This is the worst vendor I have ever used. After they failed to respond to any communication for 3 weeks to set up the appointment, they demanded that I pay 50% of the work to be done. How can I trust an organization to actually do the work if they dont respond for 3 weeks?
They then showed up to the appointment late, didnt complete the job, and stated they needed another 2 appointments to fulfill the work... After calling another service provider, they were able to do the work in less than an hour, that Pipedoctor quoted $600 for.

Their leadership doesnt take a "customer first" mentality, and has failed to prove to me they care about the final outcome of any customer. Complete scam of a company.

My home is older than I am and there are two 70+ year old trees on the property. This puts considerable strain on drains after 60 years. I have had at least 7 different plumbing companies in the 11 years come out to help clear the clogged drains. Rarely did the job last more than a couple of months before needing a cleaning again. Even after the “cleaning” everything drained slowly but didn’t back up onto the floor. As I was about to spend $20k to hopefully fix this problem I called on one more different plumber. Pipe doctors came out and were professional as expected. Honest up front pricing. They actually cleaned the drains with over 60’ of cable (this has not been done before). Once the job was complete I was able to run every faucet, shower, dishwasher and bath tub in the home at full blast while doing laundry. All without any backing up. The drains even sounded endless rather than the normal “here it comes up” sound I am use to hearing. The lead plumber even took time to bid out other potential work and stated some of what I was asking for could be done more simply another way with a lot less cost. That’s good business in my opinion. Sell the work while giving the customer what they need while helping keep their costs reasonable.

I’ve never posted for a plumber until this post. I’ve always lived by the motto “if there isn’t anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all.”

We had a plumber from another company tell us that they would have to go into our concrete slab in order to fix our clogged pipe. $1500-$3000! Once we came up with that kind of money, we called Pipe Doctors fully expecting them to begin this big and expensive project. The amazing person who came to our house unclogged the pipe for $200!!! No digging into the floor, just used a snake. Snaking seems straightforward, but a good, experienced plumber makes all the difference! Friendly, prompt, clean, professional, and great work! What more could you ask for? We will NEVER call a different plumber.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and Jason came out and helped us. He was professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issue. Jason made a stressful situation much better. We will use them again, highly recommend. Thanks Jason and Pipe Doctors!

Caleb came and provided a quote for all our plumbing needs, very thorough and professional. We hired them a few weeks later, called the office whom is also very professional and Caleb came out two days later and worked his tail off. He spent at least two hours in the attic and an hour on the roof on a very hot Oklahoma Day. Caleb got 90% of the job completed that day for our kitchen remodel and came back today and finished. He installed the duct for our Ventahood, a pot filler faucet and the gas pipe down the wall and we are 100% pleased with his work. I would recommend Him for any job and will call them back when we need their services without any doubt. Great Job, Very Satisfied Customers.

Came to clean out drains, charged $200. Drains were clogged again within a day. Called to have them come out again , asked if I had to pay. Was told "not unless they did something different", when Technician called he said, "I would have to repay everything." Will never do service with this money hungry poor excuse for a proper plumber again, suggest you do not waste your money and time on such a terrible service, wish I would have read this before calling them.

Brian just left my home after helping us track down and hopefully resolve some drainage issues. He was one of the most processional, friendly, and personable service reps we've ever had in the house. He was prompt to get to work and spent time asking questions so that he better understood the problems we were experiencing.

10/10 the company and rep.

Be very careful when getting a bid from Pipe Doctors and their predatory charges and billing methods also make sure that the plumbers they send are actually licensed plumbers. I called Pipe Doctors out to give an estimate on several jobs I needed, one of which included replacing a couple fittings on the main trunk from the home. The guy that came out quoted this specific part of the repairs at $1200 because he was unsure how much had to be replaced. They also wanted a deposit of $1200 to secure the job, this seemed high priced and odd to me but I unfortunately signed the quote thinking this was an estimate as most places do. After the job the plumber called and said that the job came to $699 and he needed to run my card again because they could not take it out of the deposit. Some other issues came up with our bathroom and we needed to hire out a general contractor instead so I wanted to get a refund on our deposit of $1200. The manager called me back 3 days later and told me that even though the technician that did the job billed it at $699, I agreed to pay more so that is what they are taking. So after this was completed I paid $1200 for 1 90 degree fitting and 1 45 degree fitting to be replaced, this took less than 3 hours to do. These guys charged me over $400/per hour for this job, more than double the average per hour cost of a plumber! The technician that did the work was nice and professional but the company and his manager are not honest with their prices and will take advantage of you when they can. DO NOT do business with pipe doctors.

Had some plumbing issues late on a cold night, of our own making (don't flush flushable wipes!!), and my parents recommended Pipe Doctors.
Brian came out, and saved the day. He was pleasant, knew exactly what he was doing, and even did cleanup. I have not been as happy with plumbing service as I have been with Brian. I will keep Pipe Doctors in my phone, thanks to him, and definitely recommend them!

This company was assigned by my home warranty. I paid them the $100 tragal fee, then the guy took the money and said would come back with tools. He did not return so I called the warranty company who recalled the order and resent. The supervisor wanted more money so I proceeded to explain they did not complete the work. He argued and hung up on me. When I called back, the scheduler hung up on me. By this time four weeks had gone by.
Another two weeks spending hours with the warranty co. another appt was scheduled.
I just received a text saying my appointment is cancelled. Pipe Doctors pocketed money and did not do their job. Watch out for this company. They are nice until they take your money.
