This company is the best! We I am in need of a plumber, I call Plumbtastic Solutions LLC! They came out quick and were very helpful, courteous, honest and reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again when I need. Thank you Zach & Laura!

This was my first experience with Zachary and Laura after having read several very positive recommendations on Facebook groups. Very nice people to work with and no huge upsell pressure about replacement. Zachary explained the problem and repaired it after making a trip for parts. The price was fair and reasonable.

I have a few other jobs on other houses that I will call them for. For now, I have found my new plumbing company to use.

I had a plumber come out 3 years ago to replace my outside leaking faucet. It worked fine for 2 years before starting to leak. The same company sent someone else out, who messed with it and was able to get it to stop leaking. He said that if it leaked again, they were going to have to do the work from the inside, meaning, cutting out the drywall that I would have to repair. A year later, I noticed it leaking after not being used for a period. I decided to use Plumbtastic Solutions, who was recommended to me by a friend. Zack examined the issue and determined that it was a cheap brand that was damaged during installation. He was able to replace the faucet and redo the mortar in a timely manner. I will use him again.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. A friend recommended Plumbtastic Solutions. I left a message and they called back immediately. We made an appointment and they came out when scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new faucet at a reasonable price. Laura and Zach know their business and are very nice people. We will definitely call them in the future for plumbing jobs.

Proceed with caution with this company. Their tech gave us a verbal estimate of $2,500 to $4,000. Another plumbing company performed the work for $330.

Right off the bat I received great customer service from Kayla , and the work that I had done was reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needed something fixed.

Jason cleared the kitchen drain and the problem was that clearing the kitchen clog created another clog in the toilet in the half bath. I did not call or use Pipe Drs but called another company. I won’t use pipe Drs again. Sorry guys.

Zeke did a wonderful job, clean, thorough, efficient. We are very happy with his work. 5 Stars for Zeke and Pipe Doctors.

They get it done in a timely manner. Being that my mom and I live outside their area, they were able to accommodate the situation we were I, and dud a great job. Our tech Brian, was on point.

Good experience with this company, I only used them once, but Brian came out to a job we had and got us out of a mess. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I would for sure use him again next time we have an issue!

They are kind, they work with you when you are on a budget. And they get it done right the first time, they explain what they did! Just all round best plumber!

Very misleading. They say one thing to get your buisness but do something completely different. At first I assumed it was miscommunication between the driver and office. However after contacting the office to verify the information, the office changed their position.

This is my first time I have ever made a review good or bad. However being mislead or if I call it what it is, I was lied to and I that find very appalling. My first time experience with this company will be my last experience nor will I endorse such a misleading and untrustworthy company.

When you read and add the 1 star reviews, they total more than all the other star review's combined.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Homer did an excellent job on repairs to our leaking toilet. He was very professional and efficient. Thanks.

He refused to commit to a price over the phone for initial pressure test of my gas line. The guy showed up and without doing or looking at a single thing quoted me a price for the initial pressure test 2 to 3 times higher than the going rate and I was stuck paying him $119 to come tell me something he could have told me over the phone. Do not call this company. They are dishonest scammers.

Jason was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! He was soooooo informative and took his time explaining as he worked! He even made recommendations to get my carpet cleaned that was caused by the mess!!!! Will definitely recommend Jason to anyone!!!!

Pipe Doctors are ridiculously overpriced. They change a supply line to my kitchen sink for $362.50. That was one hose and fifteen minutes of work. I do my recomend this company.

Use pipe doctor when you need plumbing needs they are great fixers and get the job done soon and great people also.

All I can say is you better have a very full wallet before calling them. Calling on the weekend will cost you $119. The small, less than 15 minute fix cost me a total of nearly $400.was the problem fixed, yes. Will I ever use them again, no.
