I had just closed on a house and smelled gas coming from the laundry room. I called ONG and they came out and ended up shutting off my services due to a leak. I called Pipe Doctors and Bryan Owens was at my house within an hour. He was professional and straight forward. I was very happy with the speed and quality of the work. Definitely would recommend him and use his services again if needed.

Brian Owen came out and gave us an estimate. Another company came the same day and said they would beat Pipe Doctors price and wanted the job. That company had great reviews but my wife and I both were just really impressed with Brian. He was professional, knowledgeable, humble and shot straight with us about what we needed and didn't need. He was creative and saved us some money by coming up with a great solution that fit our needs and our budget. Hard to beat good customer service. Kayla was also a real help as she got back to us right away and was great to work with .

We had a good experience with Pipe doctors. They came to inspect our sewer line with a camera. Although they were unable scope the whole drain due to a disconnect offset in the drain at one location, they completed the camera inspection after the disconnect was repaired for no additional cost. 🙂

Best pipe doctors in Oklahoma City. I can’t explain how happy I am with the service I gotten. Took all of 15 minutes to figure out the problem and fix it within an hour. Everything been working good and perfect since. I recommend the Doctors if you want a job done right.

Nice guys, but they charge $369 for a sewer pipe cleaner plus the $49 service call charge. They had to clean out my pipe twice so they charged me $369+$49 twice, plus another $300 for using their camera which wasn’t working properly most of the time. I was in a bind so I took the first company that answered. Wrong choice.

Highly recommend Homer. He did a great job replacing my clean out. Very reasonable pricing, beat 2 other estimates.

The pipe doc arrived very quickly, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to solve the issues with washer drain overflowing. I had already had one plumber out who told me I would have to run cameras and tear up my flooring because I had a busted pipe somewhere. The pipe doc fixed my overflow issues with no cameras and not busting up any of my floor. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be using the pipe doctor again if I find myself in a situation of needing a plumber.

Was a little surprised that the issue couldn't be resolved. Since the plumber didn't have the parts or tools, I finally said I would attempt to replace the faucet cartridge myself since the plumber claimed that was the problem but he couldn't replace it (WHAT?). The cartridge ended up not being the problem as I switched cartridges with another faucet in the bathroom and it still didn't work. It was completely ridiculous that I paid $99 and and still don't have a working faucet. I ended up just ordering a new faucet and will install it myself because I'm not paying Pipe Doctors to come out and install it for another $100-$150. I found them on Angie, so buyer beware!.... Now the owner came back and told me to stop bad mouthing... What? Stop making stuff up. Nobody went above and beyond, try below and short! If you can't do the job then you shouldn't cash my check, so my review stands and makes sense since you couldn't fix the problem yet still made me pay at the time of "service". What the "plumber" should have said is "Sorry, I can't fix it so I won't charge you, and thanks for you helping me try to figure out the problem." Yes, I had to actually help him because he couldn't do the job by himself! LOL.

I called this morning with an emergency to me and they sent me Homer! I must say he definitely wowed me he did and excellent job. He kept with the job until we saw progress. Thank you Homer for being such a trooper I will definitely call u if I need to.

A little disappointed and will probably go with someone else next time. We have used this company for some pretty extensive jobs in the past and felt we were charged fairly, so when the toilet got plugged up in our handicapped bathroom last week we thought we knew just who to call.
It took not all of 2 min to snake the toilet and we were charged $248 ($49 of that being the charge to just show up). Most companies wave the show up charge if you have them do the work, but regardless of that, $199 to snake a toilet in 2 minutes is just excessive. We will more than likely not ever call them again. Which is sad because we thought we had found our plumbing company.

Very professional and trustworthy. Educated me about my system and helped me clear clogged pipes by snaking it. Highly recommend! Will work with again! Came out late for an emergency and it was super fast arrival and he took his time making sure he cleared it all. Overall caring of customers and business. Very cheap compared to most quotes I got and was very knowledgeable in his field.

Not sure what has happened but, they seem way out of line on cost. I've had them out before and it was fine. This time however, the cost is crazy.

Technician was here for 34 mins.

Total charge: $418 (See Pic). $369 for hourly rate and $49 service call.

No parts changed so no cost for any parts. Just a simple condensation drain snake.

So, it's $369 for 34 mins. Equating to right about $650 per hour.

Maybe I'm out of the loop but, I'm pretty sure standard weekday during business hours plumbing fees aren't $650 an hour. It's plumbing, not brain surgery.

Needless to say I won't be calling them again for service in the future.

I understand the price of doing business and that costs go up. However, probably not the best idea to price yourself out of work.

Over priced & doesn't care you are w/o service b/c they're so busy b/c everyone wants to use them. (Said the receptionist & technician)

Used Plumb Genius through via HomeSheild warranty. Took FIVE days to come out. Gave me an estimate of $2,800. Checked around & got the same service for $2,000 for an impeccable job.

Plumb Genius sent Jerred Tipton to diagnose and fix our shower issue as part of our home warranty. He was courteous and a personable person. He quickly fixed the problem. I was completely satisfied with his work.

Great Plumbing company! They serviced us so quickly when our hot water tank had to be replaced. A very professional company. Great at communicating when they are going to arrive. We highly recommend them. Their employees are very knowledgeable and experienced.

A total scamming company!!! Please steer clear. I paid them $874 for them to install my hot water tank, they came to do the job, were 7 hours late, didn’t complete the job and demanded payment. I paid them and had to contact them 5 days later because no one ever contacted me. The worst company I’ve ever experienced. I ended up having to pay someone else to complete the installation.

Plumb genius has been amazing for us. We have unfortunately had some major issues with our 100+ yr old home...From a complete replacement of our sewer system to the city main, and a few other more minor plumbing issues. For all 3 or 4 plumbing issues Plumb Genius has been amazing. I highly recommend them.

I have used many warranty company vendors and most of the time am very disappointed. Plumb Genius has been timely, professional, and proficient every time they have been out, which has been several. I have even utilized them outside of the home warranty. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

My home warranty company sent this plumber out to replace my water heater. They told me I would need $1500 in upgrades before they could replace the water heater. I called around and got another opinion. I was told I didn’t need any upgrades.
Disappointing that some companies operate this way.

They are now TROPHY PLUMBING and they are horrible!!!! Owner has a slick mouth and doesn't stand behind his work. Stay far away

The technician came and was on his phone for about 20 minutes looked at the Faucet for maybe 5 minutes and told me job was to difficult he had to get approval. Left and no follow up from the Plumb Genius company. . I feel like the c technician deliberately jacked up my Faucet so he wouldn't have to spend the time to fix it. This company has very unqualified workers. . If I could give a minus review I would have.
