Discovered a hot water slab leak, thankfully no water inside the actual house. I was thinking, "Plumbers are so busy right now, I'll never get anyone to come out." Well, Dave with Pipe Down Slab Leak Location came out the very next morning, which I was really happy about. Then I was thinking, "Man, they'll have to cut into my foundation in that room and I'll ahve to re-floor it on top of everyting. Nope. Dave and Ron found a way to do a partial re-pipe from my hot water heater and cap off the section of pipe with the leak! Wow! Then I figured it would cost a lot more to do that. Not really. It was $350 more to fix the problem and not destry my floor. Then the whole job came in for probably a third of what a larger outfit would have charged me. Happy, happy! Then the next day I thought one of the pipes they capped was leaking. Turns out there was yet another smaller leak upstream that I didn't know about. I called Dave, and he fixed it no-charge as a follow-up. Dave is a master at leak detectiona and repair with all the high tech gear plus know-how. I wish I could give 6-stars! If you're in crisis and shopping for someone to help you, don't call another number before you call Dave!

Dave has done work for me over the years when we had a pipe in the slab "problem" and has always been honest, professional and neat as one can be in a terrible situation. Called thinking I had a major problem and Dave was nice enough to give me free advice rather than nickel and diming me. If I find after using his advice that the problem comes back I will definitely be using his services. There are not enough companies like this who clearly care about their customers and practice fair and compassionate business. As a home owner in an older home I know I will eventually have a leak and he will definitely be who I call to fix it.

A few weeks ago we had what I suspected was a slab leak from the hot water line, called our regular plumber who confirmed it was a slab leak but they were booked up and couldn't get to us again until 7 days out

So, I did the usual searching and came across Pipe Down Slab Leak repair, they have great reviews so I gave them a call.

I called a little before 8am and David the owner answered promptly, I explained the situation, said he could take a look the same day but could be a few days for the repair as they were booked out, still better than 7 days.

10mins later he calls back saying they had a cancellation and can be out before 11am...great news!

David and Ron (Ron does the slab work, David does the detecting and plumbing part) arrive bang on time, they got straight to work, no messing around here. David is very methodical, and absolutely nailed where the leak was coming from, which was in the slab between internal walls, seconds later Ron was jack hammering away, very neatly I might add.

David made the repair and then Ron filled in with sand concrete, all very neat and tidy, all dust and rubble cleared away, all neat and tidy.

The cost was less than the regular plumber was hinting at, they would have had to hire special equipment, but David and Ron have all of this equipment and they know exactly how to use it all. You can just tell these guys know exactly what they are doing. David can also work with you when comes to insurances claims.

I have no hesitation in recommending them, David and Ron worked together like a well oiled machine, they also really nice friendly guys as well.

David was awesome! They found and repaird my slab leak quickkly and with a small hole in the floor which they repaired. Highly recomended!

HIGHLY recommend Pipe Down Leak Location! They were timely, professional and extremely reasonably priced. They were willing and able to work with our insurance company as well as us. They made an unprecedented problem as easy for us (as homeowners) as they possibly could. I will recommend them without hesitation to anyone and everyone that may need their services.

Showed up on time and went right to work. Found the leak,cut a 1by1 foot hole in slab, repaired the leak, patched the floor, and gone in two hours. Dave and his crew are amazing!!! My suggestion: for a leak under your slab floor don't wast your time or money using anyone else.

We've used Pipe Down twice for slab leaks. David and his associate were very thorough in explaining the process of detecting as well as fixing the leaks both times. They were very professional and made sure to clean up after themselves. They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Hi Tech Plumbing charged me $150 on a Saturday to come out and look at my plumbing issue which initially looked like a slab leak. They also wanted to charge me an additional $300 for leak detection to give me an estimate for repairs but I would have to wait until Tuesday for that to even happen. I called Dave. He came to my house within 2 hours, found the leak within 5 minutes, fixed within 30 minutes. Thank goodness it wasn't a slab leak and Hi Tech would have known that if they truly looked at the problem. I ended up paying LESS THAN HALF of what it would of costed me if I stuck it out with Hi Tech Plumbing. I will always call Dave first from now on.

My wife and I recently had a slab leak needing addressed while in home selling prep. We contacted several different companies and Dave by far was the best and easiest to deal with. Dave and his associate were able to come find and fix the leak almost a week earlier than everyone else, were very open about the different options for fixing our leak. Hoping to never have this issue again, but if we do.. I 100% recommend Dave and his crew for every job.

I woke up one morning to warm floors and water flowing from underneath the house. I called a few places but was not impressed with the responses until I got ahold of David! From the minute I started talking to him, I knew I found the right person. He came in, listened with his equipment, and pinpointed the leak to a specific hot water line under the slab. In my particular situation, he was able to make a repair that didn't require cutting into the foundation, which was a huge relief! He was finished in just a couple of hours! David answered our call end of work day. After discussing the problem, he gave instruction over the phone to slow the leak until he arrived first thing the next morning. Fortunately, he could fix our leak by cutting in the wall behind our washer and did not have to cut into the slab. He was punctual, personable, and professional. We will call him again for other plumbing issues.

Had a slab leak during the holidays and scheduled a larger company through their answering service. Called Pipe Down-- he found the leak and finished the repairs before the other company even returned my call. A second leak a month later in the same area caught me by surprise so I called Pipe Down again.The owner came out the following morning and finished the repairs by noon. Highly recommend this place for responsive service, fair prices, and honest work. .

Dave is AMAZING! He and his employee was on time, quick, and professional. They have very fair prices, and it was so great to have an expert in slab leaks fix ours. Dave is honest and really tries to help the little guy out. I hope we never have another slab leak, but if we do- I found my plumber.

After spending 3 days with Hi-Tech plumbing trying to find a leak in my house & digging a large hole in my courtyard with the proposal to dig more holes possibly in my house until they found the leak, I called Pipe Down & spoke to Dave who came out the next day & found the leak within 30 minutes. He had several idea's of how to repair without tearing into concrete or my floors. They came back fixed the leak within an hour. Highly recommend Pipe Down for any leaks you might have in your home. They are professional, timely & very knowledgeable.

I was referred to this company by my plumber. They came out and spray-painted and flagged areas in my yard where they believe the lines may be, but they did not provide any real understanding of where the line actually ties into the city system. My understanding was that they were also going to take photos to determine where the pipe might need to be replaced.
When I asked for the photos, the only images I received were pictures of the flags they placed in my backyard. When I texted to ask about it, I was told to call the technician who came out. When I spoke with him, he told me to call the office, which left me going in circles trying to get a clear answer.
In the end, I paid $325 simply to have my yard spray-painted and flagged and to receive photos of that, which was not what I expected or what was communicated to me. To make matters more frustrating, when my plumber later asked about getting the actual photos of the line, they said it would be another $150 to do that.

They didn’t find a leak, but at least we have peace of mind. The tech was super professional, kind, and a great communicator.
